Good headset for the price. Volume not quite loud enough for my 88 year old dad. It is fine if you have good hearing, but for someone that has some hearing loss it is just not loud enough. I am using them and they work just fine.

...but I was pleasantly surprised at the quality, as I had tried others before and returned them. This gets good sound, and my clients were able to hear me clearly.

This headset is very comfortable. I wear it for 6 to 8 hours a day as I work at home, and need both hands. It has clarity, sturdy, and works perfect for my needs.

This is a relatively inexpensive mono headset with mic. The set is comfortable, and the sound quality is good. The mic is flexible and thus easily adjustable. The sound volume is also adjustable, and unlike some other models, the caller at the other end can hear you well. A good value for the money.

seems like a good average headset, nothing killer but it works, save a hand holding the phone!!

I purchased this model because it was the only one that fit into my phone. The sound is fine. I can hear and be heard clearly. The part over the left ear, covered with foam, is comfortable. I wish the right ear was the same. That side is very uncomfortable. I also wish the mouthpiece could be adjusted so it's not so close to my face. It can move up and down, but not farther away. The sales clerk was very friendly and helpful. She checked out several items, but the others didn't fit into my phone.

I returned the headset due to the fit and quality. The Panasonic brand has the ability to flip the mic over, which can be use on either side.
