I think for the distance I live away from the broadcast point it is a good deal. If all you need are the major stations this will work for you.

If there are lots of trees or tall buildings in your area go ahead and spring for as much amplification as possible. Will be worth the extra 50 or so to upgrade. Also mount it as high as possible.

He has a smart tv and his works fine but I just have a LCD tv and I have problems when a vehicle goes by on the highway,the picture gets fuzzy. this wasn't the most expensive antenna so worth the price.

Sucks that Xfinity/Comcast in Bay Area charges extra for HD channels. Spectrum/Time Warner in San Diego doesn't. This device makes it tough to really proceed with cord cutting.

I love that it comes with a stand so we can move it around when the weather gets bad. It works really well for us cable cutters!

But this came out the worst to have since it doesn't have any local great tv channels. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone or to get other subscription.

We probably should have gotten one with power for a similar price. Where we have it located, we can't move it closer to a window and we have limited space to reposition
