I used an OlloClip on my iPhone 4s and really liked it. When looking for a similar OlloClip for my iPhone 7 Plus, I was shocked at the cost. So I tried a couple cheap clips before I finally tried this Insignia lens kit. It works great on my 7 Plus in a number of cases... Otterbox Commuter, the Speck Presidio clear case, the Apple leather case, and of course with no case. Very happy with it!

These lenses are great and even come with a little pouch to carry them in. It took me a minute to figure out that to use the wide angle lens it has to be screwed onto the macro lens. But they work great. My favorite is the macro lens, I have gotten some great photos with it. The fish eye lens is pretty great too! Takes a minute to get the lens adjusted on your phone correctly, and works best without a case, but overall they are a wonderful addition your camera phone.

I use this on an iPhone 6S. Have been having way too much fun with it. I especially like the fisheye. The macro is sharper than I expected. It works slightly better with my phone case off vs. on, which is to be expected. (I have a thin case, so the difference is not huge.) Users will have to play around to see where the phone lens should be placed relative to the clip lens; on mine, centered is the wrong answer. One thing I don't love is the storage bag, which is made of that kind of cheap velvet-like fabric to which dust and pocket lint attach and stick. I ditched that in favor of a small microfiber bag that I fortunately happened to have, which doubles as a lens cleaning cloth.

I have a Samsung 7 that takes great pictures but adding one of the 3 lenses to my phone allows for some really cool pics. The fisheyel is my favorite.

Love this clip on lense. Takes great pictures... only negative is that you need to take your case off to use it. I would recommend buying this for social media users.

It's great for what it is. Seems to work good. I have an iP6s+ with thin tech21 case n lens fits over case and is easy to align up lens with the cell phone lens. $30 bucks u can't beat it. Plus caring pouch, all lenses have front n back covers which is a nice touch too. Some cell phone that are odd shaped or with a thick cell phone case might have difficulties mounting, aligning, and using.

The three lenses performed as labeled...macro, wide and fish eye. These are fun for personal use and simply stretching the functionality of the phones Camera.

For beginners it will help it would be great if user manual exists in the package

Had to play with the three lens provided. Liked fisheye the best. For the price, it worked.

Perfect small lens for cell phone , just what I want.

This did not work well at all. The lenses were not clear. One lens was useless. It didn't matter what phone we tried it on. It was blurry.

This was an impulse purchase. Very easy to use and works great. It really increases the quality and options of taking pics with any cell phone. I have an android but loaned it to a friend who has an iPhone. Worked great with both. I wasn't able to fit it on my tablet [Samsung 5] but it is possible it might work with a different brand. And it was extremely affordable!

In looking for an add-on lens for my S7, I wanted both a fisheye lens for panoramic stitching and a macro lens for magnifying stuff (like bugs). This set of lenses fits the bill. One of the key features of this product is that it seems like it will work with a lot of different phones. Other current options for add-on lenses are often limited to a few brands or even specific phone models. The downside to a generic lens like this one, is that you have to carefully adjust the clip/lens over the camera lens at first and because it's not super-tight, you will have to adjust from time-to-time as the clip moves around. Another downside with a universal clip lens is that it doesn't always lie exactly parallel to the camera lens. This leads to some distortion on the edges of an image. One final thing I'd like to point out is that for macro shots, the phone's LED flash is not too useful as-is because the clip-on lens blocks a lot of the light on the object of interest. One solution is to use an external lamp.

i liked it . wasn't to expensive and gets the job done for sure. decent quality feels good and attaches to more then just one phone ....use your imagination i know i have and have completed many crazy tasks. try sticking tape that you color to make translucent options its pretty cool good luck!

I have a Google pixel 3a and been floored by the depth and scale the macro lens adds to photos. I would let anyone interested know you must get very close to whatever you are taking photos of. Also though it says it will work with cases I found it didn't sit well with the case I have which is fairly slim, but without the case, not problems.

The camera kit is easy to use and greatly enhances photos. I use it on my Samsung Galaxy S7 edge and have loaned it to others who have different phones (IPhone, Motorola, and LG) and it fits all of them nicely. Would have given it 5 stars if it had a telephoto lens to take pics from far also.

3 lenses to add to my camera phone adds a lot of options. Excellent price. Drawback is I have to remove my case while using it. For those looking for a macro lens- note that you have to be practically touching the subject to have the image in focus, but from what I can tell that is any macro lens. Nice touch- all the lenses have caps. Also note: each lens screws onto a clip that stays fairly secure but can be moved if bumped. For the price, I think it's an excellent addition to add some fun & variety.

INSIGNIA Phone Camera 3 Lens Kit provides fish-eye, macro, and wide-angle lenses, which are good quality and are reasonably priced under $30. One of the lenses can be screwed on to a large crocodile clip that can be attached over a smartphone lens for the desired effect. The lenses come with protective plastic caps and a small, cloth bag/pouch to easily carry them. The quality of pictures is good. I like them because they are easy to use, not heavy or bulky, and can easily carry in pant/jacket pockets or in ladies' purses.
