Nice ice maker for the money. Pretty fast, fairly quiet, I wish there was a sound when the ice holder was full. Other than that the cubes tend to stick together if you store them in the freezer, but it’s not a big deal to break em apart.

My refrigerator ice maker died a few times and we gave up trying to fix it. I have been without an ice maker for over a year. Making ice cubes in trays really puts the kibosh on wanting to use ice. For Mother's Day I decided that I wanted an ice maker. This is the one I decided on. So far it has been great. I put three cups of water in, and it makes nine ice cubes at a time. It probably takes about two hours to use up most of the water. Towards the end, when the water is almost gone, the ice cubes start to look the size of sliced olives. If you don't take the ice out as it makes it, it could start melting as there's no way for the machine to freeze it in there. Also if you don't take the ice out, it could stop making ice because there's a point where it stops making ice if it is too full. When the machine is finished with a batch of cubes, I use the little scoop that came with the machine to put them into a silicone measuring cup I already had. Then I dump the ice into the place in my freezer where they are supposed to have been made by my freezer ice maker. Sigh. I can use the ice dispenser in my refrigerator this way. That's why I use three cups of water. For our average use for three of us who actually use the ice, that's enough for a few days. I learned that you don't want to make too much because the ice freezes together and it doesn't break up that easily. Once it has made all the cubes it can with the water I supplied, I turn it off and wait a bit until whatever ice it's trying to make melts again. Then I unplug it and take it to the sink to drain it. There's a little drain plug on the bottom right corner for easy draining. This machine is making me happy because I can have cold beverages again!

I eat ice all day long and just love this portal ice maker. Its not to small and not heavy. Great for someone that doesn't have much counter space. It constantly makes ice just make sure you fill it with water. If i fill my big cup i put a water bottle in the maker to make sure we don't run out. Its really that simple. It takes 2 to 3 water bottles to fill it up.

I LOVE this product. It makes a TON of ice for a pretty small piece of equipment. It fills the bucket up very quickly so I am able to then put it into a bigger bucket in my freezer. I’m definitely saving money with it because I got it on sale for $90.00 I know that I would spend ALOT more than that on buying ice in a year. I’ll probably surpass that this summer so will have already made my money back. The only complaint I have and this is nitpicking is that the ice tends to clump together into a big solid piece again no big issue, but it is annoying. My favorite thing is the ice itself. It is log shaped w/a hole throughout the middle like Sonics or the hospitals ice. It’s the best!! It’s the perfect shape to suck on. I would highly recommend this product.

We like it, it makes enough ice for the four of us without constantly running it. We use a lot of ice for ice coffee and other drinks all day long. It's easy to set it up, just make sure you remove all the tapes inside, We use our Zero Water pitcher to fill it up with filtered water. Once it's filled up it makes 2.5 basket ice in about 1 hour 10 minutes. Once the basket is full we transfer it to our freezer. The ice cubes will freeze together. Because of this after about 3 minutes we take the ice cubes out of the freezer and break them up. At this time it's still easy to break them up. Once we put them back in the freezer they stay separated. We used to buy three bags of ice in a week so this is a money saver for us and we know that the filtered water we use is high quality. I also purchased the 2 year warranty for $10.

this is my 2nd machine as the 1st one broke after only 4 months...so I've had the 2nd one for almost a year and a half. it's been holding up pretty well, but today just stopped making ice so I'm trying to troubleshoot. my family has enjoyed this machine, it's been a staple in our home... i wanted to share some tips about cleaning...so the back scooper part will get black specks and a beige residue...to get way back there, i got a small squeeze bottle, filled with hot water and a bit of bleach and sprayed hard in that area multiple times...this has gotten that part clean wherein i don't have to use a brush whose bristles may get stuck in there

This ice maker works great!! You can get two different sizes of ice from it. It only takes minutes to make enough for two glasses. It looks really nice sitting out on the counter. It comes with a scoop.

In my household everyone loves ice but never refills the trays. This ice make is perfect, it produces small and large ice cubes(I prefer large) and is quiet while running. I run the ice over nights and never had a problem!

I purchased this Ice Maker because the dispenser in our refrigerator uses currently unsafe tap water. The ice makers works great. Fast. and easy to use. Ice "cubes" in 2 sizes are still to small. Lid is clear and affects insulation and allows fast melting. Over all we are very satisfied with this ice maker.

Our ice maker broke at the start of the pandemic. We can't have potential covid people in our house for repairs. While small, this thing has outpaced our ice needs by a longshot. We had to turn it off because we ran out of space to store the ice in less than 2 days or really about 16 hours of running time. It doesn't keep the ice frozen so you have to transfer it to a freezer But it is relentless.

Bought about a month ago to make ice because we have a small freezer. Works great! Easy to use and stops automatically once it senses it is full. Tip: Clean regularly to avoid cloudy ice. The bullet ice cubes are cute and work great to cool things down.

I COULD NOT see myself spending $500.00+ on the GE Opal Ice Maker so I compromised on this one instead. It was on sale for Black Friday, so I figured why not! So far I love it and have no complaints. Hopefully this lasts me a long time. You can’t beat the price. I can’t wait to use this for my cocktails. I also used distilled water and the ice is super clear.

This is a table top ice maker. It is able to produce a large volume of ice and a short period of time. The only thing that makes it a little less than perfect, is that the scoop that moves the ice from the ice chamber to the hopper does not always pick up all the ice. If an ice cube falls into the area outside of the ice chamber but not into the hopper the scoop sometimes will not pick that ice up on a subsequent try. Otherwise this is a quick and relatively inexpensive solution to produce extra ice for frozen drinks as well as just adding cubes to cups.

Makes ice quickly, easy to use. We put it in our upstairs tv room so we don't have to go to the kitchen for ice.
