    Great have no problem with it It is easy to use you didn’t need a master mind to put it togeathet. You didn’t have to reprogram your your yo tv to get it to work .a good product I would recommend it

    I bought this Insignia replacement remote to go with an open-box LG TV I picked up, and it worked perfectly right out of the package.     The remote worked out-of-the box with our LG TV. All functions seem to work. Its interface is nicely similar to that of the original LG remote that came with our TV. It feels decently durable and has been used for a couple of months now without issue.

    Kids broke original remote happy that they had a replacement. The only thing it doesn’t have is the microphone button but product is very great.

    Immediately connected to our TV with no issue. Easy use and you don't have to press on the buttons very hard. It's also durable and hasn't broken when we've dropped it a few times.

    My remote from my LG TV stopped working. The sales person at the store recommended that I buy the Insignia Replacement Remote for LG TVs, he said add 2 AAA batteries and it will work with your TV without programing. The sales person was right and I'm very pleased.

    I rarely give out five stars in a review even when a product has met or surpassed my expectations. I did my research online before purchasing a replacement remote. This one had mixed reviews, but the good outweighed the bad so I went for it. I'm very glad I did. Right now I have an LG smart tv. I got the connection instructions out and got ready to get to work...didn't have to program it, it linked to my tv right away and is still going strong even weeks later.

    Remote went out on new LG TV and had to purchase a replacement, since my warrantee didn't allow just replacement of the remote, rather return everything. New remote is sturderier and roller ball was reason for old one failing. Replacement seems very serviceable.
