The sales person at the store recommended that I buy the Insignia Replacement Remote for LG TVs, he said add 2 AAA batteries and it will work with your TV without programing. The sales person was right and I'm very pleased.

Easy use and you don't have to press on the buttons very hard. It's also durable and hasn't broken when we've dropped it a few times.

New remote is sturderier and roller ball was reason for old one failing. Replacement seems very serviceable.

I did my research online before purchasing a replacement remote. This one had mixed reviews, but the good outweighed the bad so I went for it. I'm very glad I did. Right now I have an LG smart tv. I got the connection instructions out and got ready to get to work...didn't have to program it, it linked to my tv right away and is still going strong even weeks later.

I had bought an LG TV open box and it did not come with a remote. I found, purchased and picked up the remote from my local store pretty quickly (less than an hour?). Very satisfied.
