Is something like these guys mentioned in any assembly/installation instructions? No. For that I eject odiferous gases in your general direction, instruction manual writers. These were cheap and worked perfeecty.

They were way too big and the quality was questionable. Returned them to the store on my next trip. If I need to use something like this in the future, spend the extra money and get the good ones.
