Eliminate some cables and wires

You insert the memory card into the reader, and then plug the reader into your computer and your photos can be uploaded. You can then edit on your computer if you like, or transfer the photos to storage on the web.

Works the way it is supposed ro.

I dont have any similar products to compare it to. It's cheap, handy, and does what it it supposed to. I have a surface 3 pro, which only has usb slots---so when I need to transfer data from an sd card and wanted to transfer data from phone to phone (microsd), all I had to do was copy and paste my data. Very convenient.
