My laptop doesn’t support it . I have windows 11, and it seems I need windows 10. I thought adding a usb c tu usb a connector would make it work but no. Feels solid

I have been using this usb-c to hdmi adapter to connect my phone to my large tv. not having money to buy a devices to game and play videos on sucks, as I play many games and watch a lot of youtube. I also enjoy the fact its made out of metal, it kept my cat from wanting to chew on it so this is a good middle ground where someone does not have to buy a high end system, just a cheap phone that can use usb-c 3.

The adaptor is able to connect my Samsung laptop to an HDMI cable without issue. The only note that I have is that the length is rather short. You have to basically have both the HDMI cord amd the port for the USB-C be very close to each other.

This made things so much easier than trying to connect to the tv wirelessly. I had so much trouble getting my phone to pair to the tv, i get frustrated everytime . If your like me go and puck one up make life a lil easier for yourself.

I bought the insignia usb-c to hdmi adapter mainly to connect my laptop to an external monitor and so far , its been working really well.it was easy to setup just plug it in and go . the video quality is sharp , and it supports full hd and 4k resolution without any noticeable lag or flickering.the build feels decent not super premium,but sturdy enough for regular use. If you’re looking for and straight forward adapter at fair price,this is good option.jut keep in mind it’s a basic single port adapter,so if you need multiple outpts or extra features ,you might want to look at other models.but for everyday use its gets the job done .

Does the job I bought it for. I needed a way to connect an Apple laptop to an older monitor. I purchased a usb-c to hdmi connector and an hdmi to dvi adapter. They worked together and solved my problem.

Did not cause the screen to flicker when converting HDMI to usb on intel NUC, which was the primary reason this was purchased.

I use this everyday. I have my laptop run to a second monitor for looking at blueprints and conducting work on multiple screens. I have not had any issues with this cable. In the future I'll be buying another to keep in my work laptop bag for presentations.

There are cheaper devices that do the same as this one, but this one is high quality, very premium built and solid. You wont regret buying it!
