I like the sound quality and it was easy to pair the bluetooth. The headset is much too small to go over the top of my head, it must be designed to go behind the head like Lobot from Return of the Jedi (lol). Or like the bros that wear their sunglasses backwards. Anyway, they are comfortable around the back of my head, feel like surround sound, the person sitting next to me isn't disturbed by/can't hear what I'm listening to. I can see if someone has a larger head/neck they wouldn't fit right.

I have bought and tried all brands of headphones. They have always been too big. This is the first pair that fits my head and ears. The don't fall off. I can listen to music and talk on the phone with ease. They are light weight and not too big, so they are easy to have on my commute. And the best thing, is they didn't cost a lot of money. I highly recommend that you try these out!!

This is my second purchase of these headphones. The first pair started having problems with people hearing me on a call. It lasted about a year or so. The battery life was so great I had to get another one. I do wish it lasted longer but I’m still a fan.

I love these headsets, although their quality and features have diminished. They used to sell these under the "Rocketfish" brand, now under the "Insignia" name, and I think they had something else in between. The older versions had phenomenal sound (for the price; I cannot compare these to a good pair of B&W or JBL headphones which can run several hundreds), this version for some reason has a more muted quality, not as high quality sound as they used to be. They also did away with the double control button, so now when you hit the button you can either answer a call or get your music to play/pause. The older versions allowed you yo either wake siri and give voice commands if pressed one way, play/pause music if pressed on the other side. The main reason though I keep buying these headphones is because they are very convenient when running and exercising, they won't fall off my ears, and most important of all they don't go into my ear, which I hate. They wrap around the head nicely, are comfortable to wear, and do what they are supposed to do without isolating you from your environment. Running outdoors and not hearing traffic because your music is cranking inside your ear can be dangerous. Best Buy, if you fix the two issues it will once again be a 5 star product. One word of advice, buy these when they are on sale (which is often).

Good Bluetooth Headset - One Quirk Though

After purchasing the iPhone 7S I wanted a Bluetooth headset for running. These headphones looked very similar in design to the Sony MDR-G45 - my favorite headphones for running - so I decided to try them. The sound the headphone produces is good, but my audio-quality threshold is not very high - I mostly listen to podcasts, not music. I find the sound just fine, even for music, while I run. These are open-air headphones, so there is significant bleeding from outside sounds, but this is what I want when I run so I am aware of my environment. I thought sound-wise that these were on par with the Sony wired headphones. Controls are easy. Tactical feedback from the buttons is adequate. I have found one significant quirk. I use Runkeeper to keep track of my runs. There appears to be an interaction that after 30 minutes of running, the headphones start to continuously send out a skip forward signal without stopping. EVERY audio app is affected. I've tested three Podcast apps and the bulit-in Music app from Apple. Once this starts, I cannot power down the headphones to reset them. Connecting the power cable (USB) to the headphones is the only way to shut them down. I then need to power cycle the iPhone as well to completely clear out this condition. This is VERY frustrating, but only appears to happen with Runkeeper. I can use the headphones all day with the iPhone (battery life is excellent) without Runkeeper running, and things are fine. I purchased these on sale for $30 which I thought was an excellent value.

I've tried (and purchased) various earbuds/headphones over the years and to me, these are the best (for my purposes). No they don't have the sound quality of the way more expensive models but I have to say they almost sound just as good. I prefer these over any of the earbud types because they stay on your ears (never fall off) and you can hear what you're listening to very well. Other earbuds tend to be drowned out by loud noises no matter how loud you turn them up. These are great for the gym or on an airplane (recently was flying and still could hear the movie I was watching on Netflix over the loud plane noise) or anywhere you have loud ambient noise. I particularly love that all the controls (power, track change/pause, volume) are on the left ear. This makes them very easy to reach when jogging on a treadmill. i almost didn't purchase these because of the ridiculous low price (around $25 because they we're reboxed). I just assumed they were low quality and almost didn't buy them. I actually tried them at the store (took them out of the box-which I probably wasn't supposed to do) and was shocked at how great they sounded. The one complaint I do have is that you don't know how long of a charge you have left.

I got this item for listening to podcasts while I walk or run, and they work great for that. They are very lightweight, and they don't come off, even when I run. Sound is good, and plenty loud, but I'm listening to podcasts, not music. Battery life is good, and I recharge it only once every few uses. Regarding comfort: These are on-the-ear headphones, so have the advantages and disadvantages of those. They are lighter than over-the-ear headphones. They are less intrusive and more secure than in-the-ear headphones. Like most on-the-ear headphones, they are reasonably comfortable for an hour or two at a time, but I wouldn't want to wear them all day. But, I ding these particular headphones a little more because they are not adjustable, and because the hard plastic rubs very slightly against the bony area behind my ears, which is mildly annoying after a while. Whether that would be an issue for you depends on the shape of your head. Bluetooth has been solid on my Moto G5 plus. No complaints there. Pairing was easy, and it reconnects without issue. Buttons on the left earpiece make it easy to pause/play, adjust volume, and skip forwards and backwards. It does NOT seem to have a way to activate my phone's voice assistant without using the phone itself, if that's important to you (it's not for me). Note: It might not be obvious from the picture, but the headphones go around the back of the head, not over the top.

I bought this pair of headphones to use at work, or for “working out”. It is just a back up pair for me that I don’t care if I happen to lose or damage since it is so inexpensive. If you are looking for a semi temporary substitute to use in place of your nice pair of boss, or Airpods these are it. They don’t offer the same quality, but is very close to it. Also, if you happen to be in an physical/active situation but don’t want to risk losing your expensive pair of headphones or earphones, I would suggest giving these a try. It is also a good break from having earphones stuffed to your ears. They are light weight. Although, not the best for ladies with long hair because it wraps tightly around the back of your hair like a headband. There is no way to adjust it. But who cares if you’re just in your cubicle jamming away, right? No one will see you anyhow. The wireless capability is not the greatest but as long as you are no more than about 25ft away from your device, you should be alright.

Love these, they stay in place when I am active in garden, cleaning house, or walking. fine for music or audiobooks. easy to switch over to phone call, people say they can hear me just fine, I can be pulling weeds dirty hands clean one finger to switch for a phone call and keep working. I have a pair of sony that have better cushion, noise cancel, and slight better sound but they are over the head and can slip difficult to keep in place. these are comfortable enough to move and wear all all day before needing to recharge. I wear them in grocery stores to avoid all the noise, draw back is, they are under my hair and not seen, people talk and I don't hear them. these headphones fit under many of my hats that I wear to keep rain off my glasses and still be hands free. overall I love these headphones. I have a standard size head and they fit me just fine. family with larger skulls are unable to wear them saying they hurt, that is a bonus for me. but I would not recommend them for anyone with a large skull. lightweight, fit nice and snug without slipping longer play time. I have two pair currently, first pair I have had for years and they are just now having issues with ear pads and charging, but that could be my abuse of wearing them in rain for hours, power washing several times they did not stop working and have taken a lot of abuse. I just wanted a newer pair.

I first got these when they were Rocketfish branded and that pair lasted me for years! Eventually, as all things with batteries do, they stopped holding a charge. It took around 8 years of constant use for this to happen, so I was more than satisfied. Unfortunately, it seems very few people make wraparound headphones like this anymore (and I despise earbuds), so a replacement wasn't in the cards for me... until I found out that Rocketfish had been replaced by Insignia and that these headphones were available again! I bought a bunch, since they were on clearance. I'm set for a good, long while! If there are still any available when you're reading this, definitely take the plunge! They're worth the price, although in a very crowded city environment (NYC, specifically), they do occasionally drop out or disconnect, but it's not common enough for me to detract more than 1 star.

This is actually my second pair of these headphones. The first pair was great, but then my puppy decided she wanted to play with them. The sound quality is great, especially for a pair of headphones that cost under $70. The battery life is pretty good too. I think I can get about 4 hours out of a charge, but usually my ears start to hurt before the battery runs out and I have to take a break. One weird thing, neither good or bad, though is the voice telling you they are on and/or connected to blue tooth. The voice is very sultry and "bedroom-y" if you know what I mean. Like the headphones are trying to seduce you. Neither good or bad, just weird. Overall, great headphones. I would definitely buy them again. I guess I already did.

If you are like me and don't like the feel of earbuds stuck in your ear during exercise and in the gym, but you don't want outside noises interfering with your music and concentration, and you don't want the stupid looking bulky 1970's giant headphones, or the expense, then these are the headphones for you! I like the lightweight easy on and off plus good sound quality, don't expect Bose, but at the gym or out on the trail I'm not trying to relax and enjoy all the subtle sounds of my music that more expensive and bulky headphones deliver, Ill do that after my exercise. I also like the comfortable sweat proof ear pads, nothing worse than sweat soaked funk that develops from the bulky headphones, I actually threw away a pair of relatively expensive headphones because of the smell and the sweat induced deteriration of the foam ear pads.

My wife and I went to Best Buy recently on the spur of the moment because I had a rewards certificate that was about to expire. My wife asked if I needed anything. I told her I was sick of the earphones I was using to listen to music on the metro (which I take daily). Earphones are uncomfortable, unhygienic, and worst of all have a poor sound quality. I have tried several, and they all lacked that deep spacial natural sound. Therefore, as I browsed through the headphone aisle, the Insignia behind-the-ear bluetooth headphones caught my eye. They were priced well and seemed practical for my daily commute. I was not expecting much, but at least slight to moderate upgrade to the earphones. Boy was I surpised! Not only are they easy to use (no more chord!), but they sound fantastic! For the price, you can't beat them. I have a couple of higher-end headphones that I use primarily at home, but on occasion I prefer using the Insignia phones because they are not tethered to a devise, are comfortable, and best of all sound great. If you are budget conscious, and cannot spend the big bucks on higher-end headphones, I highly recommend these headphones.

The headphones have great sound and are Loud! Compared to the headset I previously wore (which were Sony brand), they are so much better. I use them for jogging, when I'm getting groceries, or even when I'm watching something on my phone. The design of them help keep them in place. Even when I'm doing sit-ups or push-ups. Once you put them on just right, yolu won't have yo worry about them falling off, like other headphones. Only thing I didn't like was the sweat resistant covers that's it comes with. They weren't comfortable while wearing. So, I just use the foam covers thats already on, for everything. No need for $100 headphones! These are worth every penny. And I've gone through different headphones over the years and I've finally found the pair that are perfect for me. Even my wife got a pair, lol.

I bought one of these years ago when the brand was Rocketfish and absolutely loved them. Decided to buy a second one to use at work so I didn't have to bring the old ones back and forth. Just like the old pair, these have rich sound quality and a comfortable fit. I'm not a big fan of in-ear or giant noise-cancelling tight fitting headsets. These are lightweight and I can wear them for hours. They are great for listening to music, but not so good as a voice headset on my laptop. When using with a soft phone or Skype, other parties hear broken up audio. Possibly getting interference with my Bluetooth mouse and keyboard. Still, they work great for my primary reason for purchasing which was to be able to listen to music, and you can't beat the sound quality for the price.

I got these because my ears were tired of ear buds. I can listen to music at work, so I needed something I could wear all day. I like being wireless and these last for two days on one charge. But they do get uncomfortable after a while. I'm still trying to work out the best method for cushioning the ear pieces, but my temporary fix helps. I'd still like to find something more permanent but haven't found it yet. The sound is good, but there's no volume control. I use these to listen to my Pandora stations and it's easy to accidentally skip a song; and you'll need to use the volume control on your phone which may not be very scalable. Some songs are too soft and some too loud. All-in-all I mostly like these but they are not top shelf. Good for the price though.

I use these when I work out at home a few times a week. They come in great and I walk around in my basement well over 20 feet from my phone. They originally had the foam ear piece on it but it comes with the replacement ones for working out so that they don't absorb the sweat during workouts. They were a little difficult to change out but that is not a big deal because you basically do it one time ever. They are not great for doing crunches or sit-ups because your head hits the ground and pushes them up. Overall I would buy these again. They do exactly what they say they would. I think there are some newer ones that are probably a little more ergonomic design but for the price you cannot beat these.
