Garbage camera! It overheats anytime it is used outdoors. Requires complete access to your devices files just to see your footage on the app and will not work unless you give it full permission to everything. Complete waist of money. You are better off buying a nopro

It’s just Ok. Learning curve was too steep, and shooting indoors didn’t show enough detail. I returned it the day I bought it. Also, it kicked my iPhone off of my internet every time I hooked it up with my phone. And you are required to take half a minute to wait for it to hook up every time you sync it. The interface is clumsy and inelegant. Not recommended.

Everyting is awsome about this camera except for the fact that when you record outdoors the sun glare is TERRIBLE the road and sky are completely white.

Very bad product, I struggled a lot to configure it. After days, it picked up a little signal and I was able to set it up. The voice commands don't work, the video that detects speeds is still just a promise... and the product only works in some places in the United States, it doesn't work in Mexico. By the way, it turned off and never turned back on in my car, and the subscriptions they offer are excessively expensive and inadequate.

hese cameras are designed for well-lit conditions. In even slightly dim environments, the footage becomes noisy and dark, performing much worse than modern smartphones.

The qualities of the camera and video itself is great but the downside is the battery life. Because it was build so small to make it portable the compromise is the battery drain so fast. But if you are doing short video like cooking process this might be the best option for you. Not for traveling video though.

Unbelievably great idea for an action camera but also unbelievably imperfect design. It HEATS UP so quickly and stops functioning. I am a pilot and would like to record cool scenery from my plane. I am not like those bloggers who sit infant of a camera and talk for an hour. My clips are 2-3 or the most 4 minutes long signets. After recording 3-4 of those a message appears on the screen and either says camera needs recording if the pod and mini cam is separated or it says FUNCTIONS STOP DUE TO OVERHEAT and IT WILL CONTINUE WHEN CAMERA COOLS OFF...
Good God! At those moments what should I do? Pull the hand brake and stop the plane while waiting camera to cool off for 10 minutes or so?
Then it becomes useless.
Don't believe battery times given by the manufacturer. It does not even get close to if you want to record in a decent mode that will worth to watch later.
It's like those electric car manufacturers ads that say it goes 350 miles at full charge. But then read the fine print which mentions weather should be 55F, you have to be at sea level, only with the driver in the car and wind has to be blowing from behind you and you need to drive at 50 mph while 50% of the route should be downhill driving...
Then in real world conditions suddenly you realize at 200 miles you are on EMPTY...
This is the same tricky advertisement. If you dim the screen to the max and limit to 5 second viewing, record at lowest resolution possible, only 30 second clips with 5 minute breaks between and at 50F temp then battery may last as the manufacturer claims.
Again, the idea is great but design sucks. I gave 2 stars and taking mine back. 2 Stars because some people may need exactly what this camera capable off even with its limitations and get cool video clips, but also even in that case the price is too steep for this camera with very limited options.

I think this camera is great, but if you're ok with 2.7k resolution instead of 4k, i recommend the go 3, not the go 3s. It's around $150 cheaper and still an amazing camera.

The product is excellent with high quality materials used and high performance. It will give you the surprise on the user experience. With this price, it is definitely a must recommended option to all my friends!
