This is my first Insta360, and so far my experience has been amazing. I was very grateful for Best Buy’s holiday program, which offered this camera at a significantly reduced price. I had the item shipped, and the handling time was impressive especially considering the potential delays that often come with holiday shipping. My experiences with both Best Buy’s retail stores and online purchasing have consistently been positive. I highly recommend the yearly insurance program for added peace of mind. The Starter Bundle Pack included everything I needed to capture action shots for running, motorcycle riding, and car footage. I was pleasantly surprised by the battery life, and I really appreciate the ability to replace the lens in case of damage. If you’re looking to get into this lineup of action cameras, the durability, battery life, affordability, and compact form factor have all shown up in meaningful ways for me. Highly recommended.

I bought before my trip to Iceland and I love everything about this camera

I’ve been seriously impressed with the Insta360 X4 Air Starter Bundle! The video quality is amazing—super crisp 360 footage that really captures everything around you. The stabilization works incredibly well, even when I’m moving around a lot, and the invisible selfie stick effect makes the shots look professional without any effort. Setup was quick and easy, and the app is very user-friendly for editing and sharing clips. The included accessories in the bundle are a huge plus and make it feel like a complete package right out of the box. Overall, this is a fun, high-quality camera that’s perfect for capturing memories in a unique way. Definitely worth it!

I had it for a few weeks before I used it because i was so hesitant and didnt kniw how to use the product. Turns out its an amazing action camera and an all around selfie stick and camera all in one. I dont have to worry where the camera is facing. Everything is done on post production. The videos are clear and pictures are amazing. You can animate photos to ensure the whole scene is seen on the picture. Theres some slight learning curve on using the app especially with editing. But once you get the hang of it. Imyou can create amazing videos that showcase every moment. I think this X4 air is great in day time and well lit areas. But performs poorly on low light situations. Umi used in on Carnival in Rio to record the parade but the videos turn out grainy. Other than that. Its a great all around action camera. I like using the hand gestures as well so you do not need to press anything on the device to take a picture ir start recording a video. I recommend this to people who like to document their travels and adventures. The videos are clear and you can adjust the video quality and size on editing. They all turn out so great. Great camera, colors are vivid, and quality is awesome. Battery lasts a good amount of time but could be better, luckily the kit came with an extra battery. The invisible selfie stick comes in handy when traveling with the fam and wanting to get those 3rd person pictures.

This camera is great! my husband takes it everywhere. If we go to our birthday party, event, or just a visit to a fun place he comes home and makes the best videos with everything he gets with this cam! People often asks him how he did them. It’s nothing they’ve seen before. Highly recommended.

I use it for my mountain bike adventures, great speeds and camera quality

Very good all around 360 camera, have been using it lately on trips. Software is lacking in performance but camera works wonders, would just recommend not using the insta app or software overall.

At my graduation 2025 my classmate was doing all these cool stuffs with her devices. Kept looking saying to myself this is so dope saidIhave to own one. A her some questions and said this will be my holiday treat. Few months later am no longer local but on a whole new level. Videos, pictures at any angle oh my, awesome. Don’t regret this investment at all.

the 360 is really good quality of the videos and pics A+ the only thing ill say is missing is zoom

So My son wanted this Insta360 to show off his truck and let me start with " AMAZING CAMERA". The picture were so clear and the sound was loud. He is having fun with his camera.

Such a cool camera! It’s like your really there again when viewing your videos on my daughters Quest 3 ! Must buy if you like to travel or do any videography!

Amazing! For the price it’s exceptional. Take advantage of the app, the AI mode makes everything so much easier to edit. Have already recommended it to multiple friends!

This is a great deal for the money - just one thing if you get this and your looking for accesories make sure you look for the inta360 X4 AIR (make sure you add AIR to the end) I odered protection lenses for the X4 and they do not fit this camera - I haven't profected using it (this will take time) but Honestly it has some really nice advantages. One oddly came to mind - great for survailance - I frequently fly a Drone and one and a while you get some "Karen" who gets all in your face over them - nice to have one on a tripod just in case - could be useful later to have video and audio.

It captures images very well, I feel it was a great price, and it provides evidence if I have any problems with my vehicle. Very good!!

It’s easy to used and it comes with stick that we want.. a little bit pricey compared that the new model is out but still the value of having extra battery and some storage and sleeves for the screen

This is great camera if you want to capture the precious moments with something reliable. It captured great videos in -20 degree F temps for good 75 minutes (batter degradation in those conditions was minimal) and has great footage. Only complains, editing software lags when editing large files and if you use any kind of slower storage (HDD or external storage) so please use SSD or NVMe based systems. Also, in low light it really goes grainy, so if low light is something you shoot in most, go for X5.
