I've owned four out of the five insta360 x series cameras. I still have my X3 and X4 lying around and I bought this because I kayak fish and thought some of the new features would be handy. But, it turns out the only way to avoid grainy footage is to use pure video mode, even outdoors on a mostly bright overcast day the grain is horrible if you aren't in pure mode.. When you're in that mode a ton of features are stripped out of the camera, stuff like pre-recording, and when you use their new microphone you can't have a backup audio with pure mode on. It also turns out if you edit in Adobe Premiere you can't even access that backup audio Channel . You have to use their editing app which is no good if you have multiple cameras to make a video with. So for those reasons and not really feeling that the camera did much better in lower light than the previous models I decided to return it and will likely wait to see who else puts out a 360 camera and try that next.

The shooting quality has been greatly improved, it gives much clearer images in low light, the fact that the lenses are interchangeable is a great development, those who want a 360 camera will really like this product.

I saw a lot of Kol video tried using a 10 feet pole for aerial view. My Neighbours thought I was a pro like a fake drone. Don’t regret to get a selfie stick.

Is it a good action 360 camara but it takes abit to lear how to use it the more you use it the better it gets but i had to watch some videos to fully understand each functions od the xamara

Absolutely love the X5. I upgraded from the X3 which was awesome except for the lens covers which has been addressed in the X5. And Best Buy was great as usual.

I really enjoy this camera! One of the main reasons I pitched was because it is waterproof/ resistant as long as it’s in Dive mode. The only this I wish it had was a wrist band to hold it on the wrist because sometimes it slippery to hang on to it.

The camera is amazing, Make sure you get the warranty. Im still trying to figure it out but from the few videos I have I love it.

I love the 360 feature my only issue I noticed is the battery life I had to buy an additional battery to have with when the first one dies Wich is in about an hour and a half otherwise great product i would highly recommend.

Havent learned the editing but fun to play with. Kids love it too on the new adventures we are filming
