I never had a remote starter before and it has fulfill my every expectation. Especially with the cold weather, I'm probably going to have the same experience in the summer with air conditioning.

Great group of guys. They stayed on it until the project was complete, even though the closing hours passed. What more can you say a product is only as good as the installation.

My DVD player quit on my home computer so this is a perfect, inexpensive player that plugs into the USB port. It gets the job done without all the bells and whistles!

I like the range even though I thought it would be further. A mile range of nothing in the way. If a brick wall is in the way you can not start it a block away.

They were great with installation! No problems and I have had for two months for winter start up and it defrosts my windows on the really cold mornings. Awesome buy

I have used the remote approximately two or three times since installed. I find it works great. I'm sorry that I did not do this earlier. Better late than never.

We have had trouble with getting an installation date, due to having scheduling issues I wish they had more appointments so I can get in and get this installed.

This was bought to replace the horrible smart start that didnt work. Has great range and works 100% of the time

Remote start works great. I am very satisfied that I decided to go with this purchase. It makes a nice gift especially if they live in a cold area.

The install went smoothly. However I had to run across town to pick up parts for the install to be complete. wasn't overly pleased with this.

There was a slight problem with the installation but the Geek Squad kept at it until it was perfect. They are awesome and my product works great!!

Bought my wife the Viper remote start for her Ford Freestyle on the Cyber Monday deal and it came with installation by the Geek Squad. Set up the appt and gave the info for the car, the remote start unit was shipped to my house but I left it unopened so I didn't lose anything. Thank goodness because the "new" unit I purchased was actually a used part with a bad "brain" and didn't come with all the necessary parts. That was figured out after 4-1/2 hours of the installers trying everything they could to make it work. The installers, DJ and Derrick, kept in contact with me and let me know they had to order in a new brain but that it was already all wired and when the part came in it would be 10-15 minutes to finish up. The part was 7 days out and wasn't going to be in until Dec 21 but stil in time for Christmas. Unfortunately, it was late and I had to bring the car in on Christmas Eve morning to get it finished. Except the "brain" that was sent was the previous year's model and they had to rewire the whole thing to make it work. That took over 2-1/2 hours on a holiday when I could have spent it with my family. The installers were very apologetic and worked hard to finish it so I was pleased with the service but the parts from Viper/Best Buy were not so good. My wife loves the remote start now but I wasn't too happy about the product.

The install for my sons car alarm was perfect. Victor completed the job earlier than promised and you couldn't tell anything had been done.

Great product, but had to pay for installation and thought installation was included. Bottom line, great product equals great reliability.
