Product operates well. had to go back to installer once b/c it was not starting in very cold temps. he gladly adjusted the crank time by 1/2 second and seems to be working fine. he indicated that Honda's just typically are hard starters. If start fails, it doesn't indicate that or try again. I was under the impression that it would try 3 time before shutting down. I will be calling today about this. I'm sure it is just a setting. over all, I am very happy with the product

The install time and customer service was on point! I got exactly what I wanted and am glad that Best Buy has such a professional work force! My only negative I guess would be that I had to wait 20 days to get it installed! That is my own fault though, I waited til the middle of winter!! I had zero problems with my order. On a side note, make sure your car is in proper working order, they do a maintenance check and will not take your vehicle if it is not in good working order!

It was installed in the predicted time and they clearly explained how to use it. We had one on our previous car and had it removed to put on our new, used car. We weren't happy with how it worked and the large antennae they put on our windshield; so decided to buy a new one from Best Buy. We are extremely happy with the new one and the whole installation purchase. Antennae is hardly visible and absolutely no problems with the product! We are extremely happy with our purchase!!

Good buy for someone in desperate need of warming up a car in cold weather, but just have to be cautious that it does not affect your battery. It works for the majority of the time from several feet away from the vehicle. But if there are other cars or if the switch is at a weird angle from the car it can a bit difficult to turn on. It may sound like it is a bad product, but believe me, it is MUCH better than having none at all, and for a good price.

There are many useful functions to learn if you want. Range is good as long there aren't large buildings between you and your vehicle. I had done a lot of research and once I saw this one on sale it was a no brainer to buy. Install was good. I have had small problems with my two previous installs. I have had no problems with this install. I would buy this again for sure. I would add the mobile module butI can't justify the $80 annual fee.

Was a little concerned to have someone other than dealership to install a remote start. However, the tech at best buy store did an outstanding job. He explained every thing he did and also demo the finally product. I did not like the horn sound when locking and unlocking the car. He changed within seconds. Outstanding job. Thank you.

These people were the best installers ... very pleasant and courteous. When a problem arouse a year later as my battery kept draining down, they replaced the unit free of charge with that same pleasant and courteous attitude. I didn't even ask for it to be replaced, they just did it on their own.

The package works great and has a long range. I didn't like how they advertised the system for 249 dollars installed, but when you get there they keep saying you need more items to make it work. The help in the service bay was not great. They tried to charge me more after I had already paid for the install and product. I would recommend the product, just hope for better service for you.

So far so good. Works as advertised and the range is better than I expected. Had unit installed by BB a month ago and have used it almost every day. Install was completed in the time allotted and the tech was excellent in explaining the unit and it's functions. Cleaned up after himself and no evidence anyone had been in the car other than the Viper owners manual on the passenger seat!

Remotely starting your car in Nevada heat is a must not a luxury. Allowing your car to run with the AC turned on allows one to enter a much cooler car when the typical summer outdoor temperature is well over 100 degrees! The remote starter has made it much easier to tolerate Las Vegas heat. I wouldn't be without it!

I love the fob overall. It's so much more convenient to automatically unlock and start the car from a distance. However, I don't like how you have to press unlock once to unlock driver side door and then wait a second to press it again to unlock the remainder of the doors. I wish to fast clicks would just unlock them all. Other than that love it!

Everything went smoothly. I arrived early for the appointment and I was helped immediately. Everything in the car was inspected prior to beginning work to ensure all items are working before and after the installation. Follow up afterward was thorough and I fully understood the functions of my starter.

Great remote starter. I bought this for my wife's 09 Ford Escape and it works as advertised. Depending on make and model of your vehicle you will need extra mods to install this. Talk to the installer to find out all of mods and extras you will need for it to work propeproperly. I'm probably going to get one for my 2011 Tundra.

Purchased my viper remote start system from Best Buy and had it installed by Best Buy. The only problem that I have experienced is after about a week of use my wife and I were out one night going to dinner and my headlights just shut off while driving. Needless to say not a good experience. Now I have noticed that evertime I use the remote start my park lights flicker until I get in the vehicle and insert the key into the ignition. This does not happen when I start the vehicle with my key. Also there have been a few times after using the remote start that I have been unable to turn on my headlights or turn the vehicle off until I press the brake pedal. Need to return to Best Buy to have it checked out. This is the reason for the 3 star rating.

The technician that installed my system was very thorough and made every look clean and neat....he cleaned up after himself. Technician finished installation a little sooner than expected which was a plus...he even replaced some screws that I was missing at no extra charge.

Very pleased with the Viper remote start,great for those winter days,start from inside the house,windows and vehicle ready to go when you step out of the house, Wish i would have purchased this along time ago.Best Buy installed it for me which was included in the price, overall good system

Very good remote start. Has terrific range and works all the time. Best buy sneaks in a ridiculous charge for the bypass module which is triple what anyonene else charges but aside from that it was a worthwhile purchase.

The professional quality of the installation, and the pleasant service, combined with the on time installation were a pleasant complement to the Best Buy programs. I am pleased with the performance of the starter, and with the overall experience of my visit to Best Buy.

Bought this for my dad for Christmas he loves it! Also really like that it has a phone feature. We were misinformed about the need to bring two keys and it was supposed to be a surprise but had to ask my dad where the other one was so that was a little frustrating
