I love the remote start. The 1 mile distance is great. I can be in line at the grocery store and start the car knowing it started and will be warm when I get out there. I recommend this if you are looking for remote start, the two way remote is wonderful as well.

Viper auto start system is fantastic for auto starting your vehicle on cold winter mornings great distance too just press the button on a cold winter morning by the time you get to the garage nice warm vehicle ready to go so use it to warm your mornings.

The install was perfect and I was adequately shown how to operate however, now after having it for a week, one of the buttons program has changed function....it'll be addressed next chance I get whenever I go back up to Best Buy

Remote starter works good. Sometimes I have to double check to see if it actually locked the car. Maybe battery issue, though this is a brand new install. Only thing I do not like about it, is that the remote lock won't work when the car is on.

This has been a great addition to add to my truck. On cold or extra cold mornings it is great to be able to start it from inside and have a warm vehicle for early work mornings. This is just as great at night when leaving work late. Great product.

The Viper 5301 remote start system and module was installed very professionally. Although it too longer than expected because the tech was using the wrong module at first it was still installed in a decent time and looks and works great.

Had my viper car starter installed at the Apple Valley store. Service was great. Install employees were friendly and informative. Would recommend any install service at this location. They know what they are doing and get the job done right.

I bought this for my daughter and had it installed by BestBuy Geek Squad's preferred tech onsite. Couldn't be happier. The product works and the tech went above and beyond to explain product features and functionality.

The technician finished my install within the timeframe I was given and even went above and beyond....he noticed there were a few screws missing from my steering column and replaced them for no additional charge.

Bought this for my wife, she loves it. It has worked every time so far. One snafu, even though I asked during the initial purchase if I would need any other parts (and was assured "no") turns out I needed $120 part.

The installer was very personable and knowledgable about the product. There should be a booklet with the product that gives you more detailed instructions and information. Overall very happy with everything.

remote starter works flawlessly and my car is no longer hot in the summer or cold in the winter as long as i remember to set the temperature. installation went smooth and hassle free.

the remote works very well especially in cold weather-gets the car/truck nice and toasty- ready for you to drive- the remote range if quite far- so. by the time you get to the vechicle- it's ready to drive

This remote start is an awesome addition to my vehicle. Can't beat the clear windows and warm seats. No more freezing while waiting for car to warm up. I really should have done this a long time ago.

i was told 2 hours and it took an hour with the basic install, the person installing was professional to deal with and well educated on the installations and parts.

I love this !!! Works great on my Dodge Charger. I can now have a warm car when I go to get in it !! Great service, great product !!!

If Best Buy is going to offer, and sell, installations, they shopuld at least have enough technitions on staff to do the work in a timely manner. I was told it would be 3 weeks to a month until they could get my system installed. They said I could check other locations to see if they could do it sooner. I purchased this as a gift, and didn't want to have to wait to have it installed, or to have to go somewhere else. Needless to say, It wasn't the experience I was hoping for.

this is a good, dependable way to enter your car, especially for safety. good product for the money but some extra labor costs brought the price up a bit more than i'd hoped.

Louis did a great job on the install of my new remote starter. It works great. It was installed on schedule even though he was repetedly interupted by other store employees.
