Came quickly. Installers called set time and arrived on time. Did nice job and cleaned up after themselves. Whole process went as it should. Unit is working fine and nice features.

They were very professional and quickly installed my AC.

AC works well in my bedroom. Cools room in 2 minutes. Best Buy sent an installer and they did a good job as well. I highly recommed the AC and install service.

Horrible service. The haul away people arrived before the installation. On the first installation date they cancelled with no notification. Had to find out myself. Changed date to 4 days later. Haul away people arrive before installation happened again. No communication between the two or Best Buy. The installer came in and said he doesn’t install this type of a/c. He talked to his boss and , with my help because his partner called out the unit was installed. Only good thing was this installer. Absolutely the most disorganized bad customer service of any service I have received. Will never recommend the service. I am giving this rating because the installer said it is a reflection of his service which was great. Best Buy service was deplorable

Excellent service and very efficient! They showed up on time, put on foot covers to protect my wood floors. Clearly they were experts as they installed the a/c so smoothly. Very glad I hired the Geek Squad, can’t put a price tag on peace of mind :-)

The installation for the air conditioner I purchased was not as installations in the past. I was given a window of 8 AM to noon, but they didn't arrive until after 2 PM. I was also told they would take away the old air conditioner, but they said they don't do that. I had to provide a ladder for them and they didn't seem to know how to proceed. The price for installation was much more than I've ever seen and the service was not worth the price. Unfortunately, I had to have it professionally installed as I'm disabled and can't do it myself, but I would caution others who want to use this service.

Yes it was great the tech Navod and the other guy install the big A/C with no problem. Showed us how to use it right after. Great.

The install were fantastic but Best Buy has been a nightmare to deal with. They don’t know what they’re doing and customer service has been horrible! They’re chanced the total tech to no cover installation and dropped it $20 yearly and I’ll be dropping it before renewal date. I’m luck they still have to install because I purchased it before the change but any new customers would get the best benefit and after you renew it you’ll get the scam version. I’m

The installation went very smooth. She did a very good job. Very efficient and knowledgeable. I am very satisfied with the installation. Oh and they were on time within the time frame. Would recommend their geek squad.
