They delivered it, placed in my garage & plugged it in. No problems, the freezer I ordered was in perfect condition. They did not go over any features or help set up the Bluetooth just placed it where I wanted it. Very friendly delivery drivers & called before they came.

Quick and easy install. Straight in from door to kitchen counter. Doorway a little tight but men very very careful and neat. Only thing would have appreciated was a heads up call, 15-20 minutes before arrival.

Professional and efficient delivery and installation

I don't really order this, it was included with the purchase of my refrigerator. That being said, the men were pretty good about getting the thing into my kitchen through a few old-house twists and turns. Very little paint was lost.

Lg refrigerator has good sized refrigerator freezer compartment. Twin doors refrigerator means open only one side to get some items help maintain temperature has warning bell sound if door left open Only negative do not us metal wrapped ice maker tubing to connect ice maker to water line This tubing metal wrapped gives ice a horrible chemical taste. My husband exchanged metal tubing for blue ice maker tubing ice has no bad taste Know it was tubing because 1st tasted water directly from ice maker water line filter no taste second metal ice maker tubing just connected filter chemical taste then blue tubing just connected to filter water from blue tubing zero chemical taste

This refrigerator was not a purchase, it was a replacement for one we purchased in August 2023. The first one did not stay cold and the ice machine was sporadic. The new one is great,

The delivery representatives were very professional and came of time. The company installation also went smoothly and was pretty quick.

The water line for my new fridge was installed with ease. Now, I have great tasting filtered water at my disposal whenever I want! The installation crew knew a lot about this service and advised me on what to do before the water would be ok to drink. Just needs to run through the filter for the first gallon or two, same goes for the ice. But there were no leaks and it was done in a snap. I have peace of mind knowing this was done right by professionals.

Went to hook up and hose was short, so I went to hardware and installed hose , runs just fine , offered to order hose, but time was of essence to me, pleased with delivery and set up the whole transaction has been great and satisfied customer here, thank you.

LG refrigerator delivery fellas were prompt, efficient professional, courteous, & careful. They were awesome!

Delivery technician properly and quickly connected our existing water service to the new LG refrigerator we purchased at Best Buy. He also provided helpful instructions on how much water and ice needed to be discarded from the new refrigerator before we consumed any of it to purge any manufacturing oils left in the system’s when the refrigerator was built.

Guys came and installed our fridges. They did a great job, Cleaned up afterwards and gave me their card to make sure I didn't have any issues. Its been 1.5 years and we have had no issues. I would buy this again

I feel the delivery person felt rushed to complete this installation. He seemed to "forget" and rush things he might not do normally. I was happy with the installation by the delivery person except for: 1. There were may areas of plastic film and tape not removed inside and outside of the refrigerator and freezer. I had to remove it. 2. There are two areas of damage to my entrance to my kitchen done by the delivery person when placing the refrigerator in the kitchen. There are large gouges in my paint and drywall. Other than that, the delivery person was very polite, very courteous to my duties of teaching my students during the delivery

My unit was purchased and installed in my RV. It was not possible for the delivery team to remove the old unit or bring in the new one. I hired an RV technician to remove and install.

Delivery men removed old refrigerator and installed new water supply line to new refrigerator quickly and neatly. Very courteous and neat.
