The issue i have is there are so many pieces that it takes up a lot of space anyway! I love it and hate it! It does a lot and if you plan on making a few things and need the pot for 2, 3 or more dishes you have to wait or have another pot anyway!!

As a space saver, it's great, but I had to take a star because the round shape kills capacity in the air fryer mode, and the cooking times vary wildly in the slow cooker mode.

The air fryer works great but the selection on the pressure cooker side is not as flexible as my small 3 quart. The instructions are limited and I could not access the cookbook for more recipes.

Posted .Thanks for reaching out! The Instant Pot doesn't need a dedicated rice button to make rice. Some models have one, but it uses pressure so you can do the same thing with the Pressure Cook button. We recommend using a 1:1 ratio of rice to water, and a time of 4 minutes for white rice or 22 minutes for brown rice. You can always adjust these to your preference but start with these settings and see how it goes!
