I bought this for my husband for Christmas. It work’s wonderful but today when going to bake in it he noticed the words above the buttons have rubbed off. The broil, roast, re- heat proof & dehydrate have come off. I had to look online to see what all the buttons now say. We have never used any chemicals on it only water & Dish soap.
It still works great but so frustrating.

I really love the size of this oven and it heats up very quickly. I love using it for smaller batches of food when I don’t need to use my large oven. The only compliant I have is that I have to adjust the temperature. Every time I cook something according to the labels directions, it ends up a little charred or overcooked. Sometimes dry. I have to either keep an eye on my food or lower the temp from the start. To me that a real bummer because I would’ve loved to just throw my food in and not have to worry about it

We are a family of 5 that uses the toaster oven more than our actual oven so it’s large size is great. It has endless settings that allow you to set it and move on to something else while it does its thing. You know most appliances are off because they are not on. Instant product display a large “OFF” which sorta acts as a little night light in a dark kitchen. We’ve had many brands of toaster ovens and this one is as good as any but with a helpfully larger capacity.

I love my air fryer. It’s been a great investment. I’m a first time user and have made beef kabobs, fried chicken, meatballs, roasted potatoes and vegetables, cinnamon rolls, and banana/strawberry bread. This appliance is a must have!

Product works fine but the lettering is coming off shortly after purchase. I clean with water and soap only. I’m very disappointed about the appearance of the product with letters fading off. This cost too much for this to be happening.

We bought this toaster oven / air fryer to replace an older Kitchen Aid toaster oven that had died after years of use. Everything we've made in the Omni Plus has come out good and we would recommend this product to a friend.
The rotisserie feature is especially nice in a product of this size. We've made two whole chickens in our oven and both came out very good. Cleanup was easy enough with the ability to slide the tray under the oven out for cleaning crumbs or drips.
Air Frying works well, the included basket holds enough food for a family of 4 (a side dish size item). Making fries for a side yields crispy fries in less time than doing them in the regular oven.
The one area of improvement would be the instructions. They are pretty light, especially compared with the instructions you get with other Instant brand appliances. Some things will take you trial and error to figure out due to the limited instructions.
I would also like it if the oven display either showed the time or was completely blank when the oven was off. Instead it shows OFF in large letters.

Was so excited to receive this air fryer/oven Monday but that joy was quickly squashed as I removed it from the box to discover one of the screws holding the front door together had snapped in two. I really wish this had been made with quality parts, so very disappointed in how cheaply made it also looked and felt before boxing it back up to return.

I prefer this one over the over Instant Vortex. It's bigger so it can fit a pizza and a 9x13 baking dish. The toast function is fantastic.
We recently did a rostissiere chicken and it turned out great, however, if you do this, be sure when cleaing the inside you wipe off the drippings on the 2 heating bulbs at the bottom. I did not think to do this (I didn't see anything so didn't think to wipe them down) and the next day when we used it, the heating bulbs heated up and cooked all the drippings that were on them and smoke was billowing out. After that it was fine again.
I can't speak for all air fryers, but I recommend this over the smaller Instant Vortex.

I’ve been looking at these toaster/air fryer for some time now. I decided to pull the trigger and buy this brand. It is bigger than the $249+ models and has more features. This Omni Plus replaced our bread/bagel toaster, toaster oven and air fryer. It has also replaced our double oven from kitchen aid. We use our old ovens as storage for pots and pans. At first I was hesitant due to the presets, but after understanding how to change things such as temp and time, it was easy. Almost too easy as our 12 and 6 year old know how to use it. We tried to make the brownies from Costco, the double chocolate ones, and the package stayed 40-45 minutes to bake. Our first try, we baked it for 30 minutes - too long. Our second try we baked it 25 degrees cooler and only cooked it for 20 minutes in glass pan and it turned out perfect. We finally figured out the convection in this oven really cooks the food fast. What ever the temp says on the package we take 25 degrees off and cut time in half on everything. If it’s not done we just add more time, but that hasn’t been the case. If you are on the fence about which one to get, get this model. The size, functionality and ease of use is worth the cost which is cheaper that the other name brands. Only drawback I have is no custom settings can be made or saved - but changing them is easy.

So far so good. Have broiled, air fried and reheated. The lack of a cookbook can be covered by the app somewhat but this oven is not specifically called out. The fact that you pay $200 there should be better directions and recipes. I agree with others, get rid of the constant “OFF” or unplug. Size is nice and large but a second rack for larger air frying or cage would be useful. Overall this is a great oven and air fryer.

From our usage appears high quality and matches other Insta products we own. Only drawback is the very vague cooking time guide. Probably most vague and broad spectrum of any of these type air fryer ovens. More of a you just figure it out by trial and error. So better to do online cooking times or get recioe books. But food cooked in this regardless of style ie: baking, roasting, air frying, etc does taste very good and cooked evenly. Cleans up very easily and well! Over all better quality than several others we looked into purchasing.

It was so easy to use. The instructions are a bit confusing but if you just use it it’s pretty intuitive. It’s so great to not have to microwave pizza leftovers, or to bake a couple cookies in just a few minutes since we don’t have to preheat the large oven. The air fryer is awesome. The rotisserie, well you can only place a small piece of meat on the spit there isn’t much room so I’m looking for another rotisserie. All the other features are outstanding!! I’d buy it again and again.

My old toaster oven died right as the coronavirus mess was getting underway. Online retailers were going to take a month or more which wasn’t going to work for us since the toaster oven is one of the highest use appliances in the kitchen. Best Buy had it in stock across town and was offering curbside pickup which worked great!! The toaster has exceeded our expectations for toasting, baking and air frying. We anticipate using the rotisserie feature soon and we're looking forward to the results.

Numerous options for whatever you want an air fryer to do. Takes up to much counter space & would like to have an additional tray. I thought I bought a large enough air fryer that I could cook for a large family. Turns out with only having one rack out limits you for quantity of items you can do at once. Still has made some of the best wings I've ever tasted.

I absolutely love this little multi oven. It works really well and gets meals done so much quicker then they normally would in my regular oven. It does take some getting used to when it comes to adjusting to the different cooking Temps and times for this oven but it gives its own adjustable range for multiple meal categories and cooking types so its easier to get the hang of it.

This toaster oven combo with bake, broil and air fryer works great. I baked a frozen dinner and it was done right at the expected time. The unit is not very loud and does not heat up the whole area around it.
Well worth the price to get 11 different functions including rotisserie. There is enough room to rotate a whole chicken or a large pork shoulder if needed.

This thing is awesome! I can rotisserie a 7lb chicken. I can throw a whole bag of frozen French fries in the basket and have it all done and crispy in record time. It doesn't heat up the house and is easy to use. -1 star for cleaning challenges.

Did a lot of research before buying and haven't been let down. I was concerned the air fryer wouldn't work well sitting on the tray, but because of the feet on the basket, it works fantastically. The presets generally make sense, but sometimes you have to do some experimenting with other items. Not too loud, and easy to clean.

I initially bought the vortex plus used it for 1 week, returned and replaced it with Omni plus, Fries, reheating garlic nuts, marinated seafood everything comes out well at par to restaurant quality. Bestbuy protection plan gives extra peace of mind for next 2 yrs of daily usage. buy it you wont regret
