Worked great when it worked! Lasted 1yr and 2 week

Exactly 2 weeks after the 1yr mark, mine stopped working. It turns on and makes a horrible grinding noise from the fan! When a product $250-$300 I expect it to work longer than a yr! Will never buy InstantPot brand of anything again! There are others that are much cheaper, work the same and last longer than a year!

hype that does not deliver

I bought this to replace a small airfryer with a basket and less heating power, but this thing does not heat on the airfry setting and it barely gets to the set temperature on the bake setting. I have resorted to using the old basket airfryer again. Glad I had not yet donated it to a friend.

Does the job, could better
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.When we first got this product, we noticed the rack it came with didn’t fit properly when putting it together. When we tried cooking in, the rack would fall at times, until we wrapped foil around it just to make it stay up. It works great and does the job, but wasn’t made very well. After having it for about 3 yrs some of the digital numbers on the front are dimmer.

Poor quality - DO NOT BUY IT!!!!

I called customer service and they refused to do anything because warranty is for 12 months.
