Adjustment panel quit working

Worked well when I could adjust the settings. Now impossible to make any settings, making it useless. How I miss physical knobs and buttons.

Buyer beware

Instant Brand knew it and still sold it. When the air fryer works, as it should, it's great. When the control panel stops working meaning you can't change the temperature or the time, you pretty much need to use it as is. Whatever default setting it is, that's what you can use. You pay over $100 for a dud. If you're out of warranty, you're out of luck, You get a 30% coupon but who wants another air fryer from Instant Brand?

First one I could not change temp even right out of box. I got a replacement, worked good for about 1 month. This one I can't adjust the temp nor the timer.

Light stopped working after a month!!!

I does everything you could possibly want. My main complaint is that after having it for a little over a month the light bulb burnt out - and there’s no way to replace it!!! After looking it up this seems to be a common issue, which is very upsetting considering the cost of this unit. If you don’t care about the light, then go for it. Otherwise, look for another air fryer that has a replaceable bulb.

Tricky to learn but packs a punch.

Best pizza cooking period. These have a little learning curve but when you learn the tricks they are dynamite. I do miss the presets from the prior model.

Looked like it had been open

I never opened it, just returned. Best Buy have a habit of sending out used or open box items as NEW. BEWARE

My little Air Fryer

I do have to adjust the time or the heat on some things. It does not seem to get too hot on the outside, but like any heating oven it gets warm. Easy to clean, just put the removable parts in the dishwasher and wipe down the inside. Bottom try is removable for easier cleaning.
