    This cooker works very well for the price. You can spend hundreds on high end rice cookers but I find that unnecessary. I have used it as a rice cooker and a steamer so far and have had no issues.

    good but not bad. Does rice cooking well. Its takes time though, have patience coz it takes like 45 mins for the rice to be done

    Very simple. Not a lot of feedback from machine. Steam release has to be in perfect position or nothing at all will happen and you'll have to restart process. If you make sure everything is just so and just need it for rice or oatmeal, it will work just fine.

    love making rice so this was a nice purchase. i eat so much rice its ridiculous. i love how it gives you a pamphlet of stuff you can make and it is so stylish and cute. would definitely purchase for a gift to a friend.

    This little guy cooks rice and more importantly steams vegetables like a wizard. Easy to clean as well. The non stick pan is an insert that easily be removed and washed. I have recommended this product to family with confidence.

    After having purchased an Instant Pot and loving it, I thought maybe I would like their rice cooker too. I purchased the twenty cup version. It is easy to use and it cooks faster than my last cooker. The steamer is also awesome. Very happy with my purchase.

    The build quality is nice and I like the fact that it has got other features such as cooking oats and stew apart from cooking rice. The size is also generous and it gives a nice look to the kitchen rather than the traditional rice cookers
