I love love love this rice/grain cooker. So easy to use. I've fixed rice and oatmeal both in it. Add water, grain, and press the appropriate button. The appliance does the rest. Its great and I would highly recommend it.

So far I have used it to cook brown rice and it does an excellent job. Much better than my old rice cooker. Haven’t tried other things but my main purpose was for the brown rice so mission accomplished.

This cooker is just perfect , it makes all the grains that I like . The only thing I would like to suggest in the future is maybe make the lines inside (the numbers to measure easy to read) I literally have to be a flashlight to see the numbers to put the right amount of liquid. Other than that , it works great

Worth every penny very easy to use no assembly required. Cuts down on cooking time. Easy to clean. Very low maintenance. I highly recommend this item.

Love this. You can pretty much do a lot of things using this. Just be sure you know what you are doing. Rice always cooks well. Still works of course. Perfect!

I bought it mainly for brown and wild rice since they take longer to cook. It works flawlessly. The timer feature on it is great, I can have rice ready when I get home from work.

This was a gift for my daughter for Christmas and she lovesd it!!! She loves to make oatmeal, quinoa, and brown rice. This cooker makes these three things that she likes!!! It was the perfect gift!!!

Bought this for cooking rice; wow it's simple to use. Makes for a very quick meal and is easy to cleanup. Perfect for someone lazy like me.

Its been a good decision to get this instead of other brands from other store, easy to use and works well. We are using this after we got this and no issues since then

It is great! It came with a steamer tray, measuring cup and a rice spoon, also the inner is non-stick. I enjoy using this cooker. It is really a timesaver.

I loved using my rice cooker the first time-I had a large group to cater for and it sure exceeded my expectations. I look forward to using it multiple times in my future.

I've never owned the rice maker before I don't know why I waited so long it is perfect the rice comes out perfect every time

I was hesitant to buy it as I didn’t need such a big rice cooker. I went ahead with the purchase as I was fairly sure it was a typo as a 20-cup rice cooker would probably only be sold in restaurant supply stores. True enough, this one is only for 10 cups of rice. And it cooks our brown and white rice well and evenly. I have not tried the other modes though but I’m sure it would be fine.

I love it. I use it every time I cook rice. It’s bigger than what I expected but hey go big or go home right !?

Does what I bought it for. Only thing I don't like is it could have some kind of timer for the cooking process -- only real indicator it's done is when it switches to Warm. Not that big of a deal though.
