Wasn’t sure what to expect when I purchased this item. I upgraded from a core i-5 to this product & it changed a lot for me. Running more frames, as well as normal apps running faster than usual. Highly recommend upgrading to i-7.

New Tech, the 11th Gen processor is it overkill? Perhaps, but this is Rocket Lake, and blazing Fast! Sure, other CPU is in the limelight, but I don't think I will notice; Besides, When people say, "What are you going to do with that processor? I say, "Surf the internet....blazing fast!" Desire to 'future proof' computer build, and get this excellent CPU

This is a very nice processor and was readily in stock with correct pricing. It was easy to install in my Asus Z590-E board with no issue. This processor will allow for Gen 4 SSD connection with Gen 4 SSD's and Z590 motherboards. For cooling I am using a Corsair AIO 280 mm. It essentially matches the speed of the 10850K it replaced in most things that I do.

Extremely fast and runs cool with my AIO and fans.

Working great so far! I'm used to the Core i5 7th gen that my laptop has, so having an i7 11th gen for my gaming PC has been fantastic! This thing runs so fast and smooth. I've got a CPU usage monitor on my Streamdeck, and even running some games that normally would have locked up my laptop are only using up 2% CPU. I love it!

Was purchased during the 12th gen release and was still sufficient. This is a great middle-of-the-road processor. Enough cores to multitask and still a great clock speed to game for any budget or intermediate gaming set up.

While there certainly higher clocked and newer generations of processors available these, this CPU is no slouch and is more than plenty for just about everything you'd want to do on a personal productivity and gaming rig. Highly recommended!

Pretty good CPU for gaming and lighter multithreaded tasks. The memory overclocking with gear 1 is generally not as good on a 700k vs the 900k, that seems to be the major difference, and about 100-200mhz on the core clock. If you don't mind that, you get 95% of the potential of a 11900k for $100 less.

Works like intended, I had to upgrade from my old CPU i7-8700k to this since there not that many Motherboard options I was looking for, this was worth the upgrade with the Z590 Wifi Gundam Edition Motherboard

Built my own PC and this was the one i wanted and was on sale at the time! Runs incredible! Able to play Star Citizen! Huge upgrade from my i4!! Would recommend anyone to get this chip!

Go ahead and buy it already! I know you've probably been looking at CPUs comparing the i9-11900K to the i7-11700K right? Just buy this one and spend the extra cash you saved on your preferred method of cooling, mkay?

The processor is the core component of a PC build. For mine it is the best component of all. The iGPU runs games at 720p 60fps. Also the startup is amazing, timed it at 6 seconds! Once I get my GPU, I imagine the build will run great with help from the processor.

Bought this for new build. Definitely feel I'm set for quite a while before having to upgrade again. Good feeling!!

Had to upgrade to unlocked CPU as I didn’t want to bottleneck my next gen GPU. Pairs well, but might want something better once Intel moves on from the rusty chip debacle

nice chip, a decent jump in performance from my 8600K. i know ryzen chips are currently the better buy, but a lifetime of failure doesnt get cured in one generation of good CPU's, once AMD released a few years worth of good CPU's , THEN maybe ill switch over.

Needed to replace my old processor and the price was right for this one, great service from BB and easy to swap myself. Would get again

Decently fast. Not hugely faster than 10th gen in gaming, but faster than early reviews indicated due to a microcode update that came after the initial reviews
