this integrated perfectly with my old system and was less expensive as I had expected. no muss no fuss installation did not need the online help but was very glad that it was available at time of installation. sales rep knew exactly what we needed for our application and gamer requirements

I still get the benefit of multi threads and good sped without having to overclocking. This is great for longevity and multitasking

I upgraded from an i5-2400, so almost any recent processor would be a big upgrade for me. This thing handles everything I throw at it super smoothly. Stock cooler should be fine but you may want to buy an aftermarket one f you're doing more intensive tasks.

I just upgraded from my I7- 920 and I was so happy I have this new processor. it’s super-fast and up-to-date. All current benchmarks confirm it’s speediness and pleasantly surprised with the impact it has on all apps I love it

Upgraded from a i7 6700, and it's quite the imorovement. Only complaint is the heatsink that comes with it is garbage (I'd argue worse than average) and would go with a third party cpu cooler right away

This cpu is amazing. Originally had the Ryzen 5 but wanted to give intel a shot. Went to Best Buy to ask for recommendations and they agreed it was a beast. They had the best price and the best staff.

From a gaming and multitasking perspective this processor holds up great. Have had no issues with overheating. Really happy with the purchase

It is fast but no coffee came out. I was really confused when my PC would not produce coffee after installing this. It sounded like it was going to make so much coffee that it would fill a lake.

The only thing unexpected was that there was a CPU cooler fan/heatsink included that I did not realize. Performance exceeded expectations and the instructions were adequate to do the job.

Bought the wrong CPU needed for my first of build, so I just upgraded to this and I’m glad I won’t have to upgrade for a while. This thing is a beast. Everything runs like butter.

For years I’ve used intels I series chips. So when I built my first computer, I had to go with the I7 for pure performance and the power it holds. Great buy.

After few months of building my pc the i7 coffe lake does everything I need and more. My pc runs smoothly on every game and it kills it for whatever I run

I bought on sale when at 279 and then had another 10% off Super fast, handles everything I throw at it I have multiply VM and also running GNS3 software

Love this CPU, runs fantastic and cool and it works just how I need it to - does everything I need from 4K gaming to video editing to streaming.

Well its fast, like really fast. All I can say is that it was worth the money. This will be a good buy for any gamer. FYI WATER COOL THIS BEAST!!!

This processor is worth doing! Holds up to BFV (Open Beta) perfectly on Ultra (paired with a Nvidia Evga 970 GTX ACX 2.0+) while also twitch streaming!

Makes My PC Faster. I Put This In A HP Slimline . Make A BIG Difference. Comes With A Heatsink/Fan. Use Good Thermal Paste!!

Great for gaming. Running it at 50-60% capacity for multi-sscreen 1440p and 144hz. Gets the job done~

If you are into gaming, this processor would be very suitable. Would recommend.
