Works great was recommend by Best Buy when we purchased a laptop

I've been using Webroot for 3-4 years now and haven't had any problems that I'm aware of. It is reasonably priced and doesn't slow my computer down as much of some of the competitor's security protection that I've used in the past.

The Webroot is an excellent service. I am very satisfied with the monitoring and update. Once the program starts it is a quick update.;

I’ve used Webroot for several years, and have not had any hackers get into my laptop, it apparently is working. Convenient for Best Buy to help keep me up to date on my subscription.

All I can say is get virus protection. I did not one time and it was a disaster. Good virus protection is worth the money well spent.

This is my second year with it. Perfect for my devices, they are not with dramatic comments

pretty much does its' thing in the background & requires little to no action on my part. Only down side is that it is a subscription based product & I would have preferred it to have been preloaded as a standard product with the PC I purchased.

Did use it. My last computer came with this. It charged me after I got rid of the computer. Why? I have no idea. Didn't want to be mad, so I decided not to do it this time. It worked great on my old computer. 3 stars for that.

I have had this product for over 5 years. I love that's it's an automatic renewal online. I can keep track of it online and how many devices are connected including mobile. Highly recommend.

The product is good. We however chose something else and had cancelled (via phone directly) earlier this year and ask for auto renewal to be discontinued. Just confirm with BestBuy about the renewal policy especially if you decide for another product or even if you change computers.

Greatest protection for my laptops..Been using it for years and so far no malware or viruses.

Webroot is wonderful! They are the best service Best Buy has had. They have always been good but Webroot is a step above!
