I have had webroot as my computer virus protector for a couple years now. $49.99 annually is not too bad. No issues with my laptop and cleans all the junk out of your computer.

Good to have this type of security on your devices. Plus the geek squad protection they go hand in hand. I would recommend this combo.

I would like to cancelled my reboot protection plan for 3 computers. Could you please credit my acct that ends with 4359. I normally get a notification to my email if I want to renew the plan and I nevered receive an email. Could you please credit my acct and cancel my plan. Thank you Kathy

I really don't know what it does. I trust my Geek Squad that it is a necessary add on to my computer.

it has kept me safe for a few years, a bit complicated after installing, the system still tells you you need to renew it, although you have installed.

Webroot works well in the background and lets you know when it has done a complete scan with results. Since I have purchased it, Webroot has detected only a few issues and prevented them from doing anything to my computer.

I have had this product for over 5 years. I love that's it's an automatic renewal online. I can keep track of it online and how many devices are connected including mobile. Highly recommend.

I've been a Zone Alarm customer for years but when I bought a new laptop through Best Buy, it came with a year of Web Root. Rather than add the new machine to my ZA license, I decided to try WR. I have to say that I am as happy with it as I was with ZA and have since moved another machine onto my WR license rather than ZA and renewed WR for another year.

Software runs automatically and does not appear to interfere with other processes running on the computer. No successful malicious attacks have been observed.

Need help the support person really knew the product got my computer up and running in a very short time.

I have used Webroot SecureAnyWhere as my virus and security on 3 different systems and I love it! It's easy to use and has protected my computer & cell phone for several years now & has kept me virus free & I feel very secure knowing this product is protecting my computers & cell phone.

So nice to have this, its a huge releif, keeps me posted daily that everything is in working order

Like knowing that there is nothing I have to do as far as my security. This runs automatically and I don't have to do anything.

pretty much does its' thing in the background & requires little to no action on my part. Only down side is that it is a subscription based product & I would have preferred it to have been preloaded as a standard product with the PC I purchased.

I have not had a problem with any kind of viruses since I have starting using web root. I use to get them all the time, even with protection, but web root seems to get the job done, and does it right! It is very easy to use too.

The product is good. We however chose something else and had cancelled (via phone directly) earlier this year and ask for auto renewal to be discontinued. Just confirm with BestBuy about the renewal policy especially if you decide for another product or even if you change computers.

I purchased my laptop & was highly recommended to this computer security service. It's been great & has found some bad sites, & has cleared & cleaned them out off my computer.
