Issue with Bestbuy in that we receive no notice (email or otherwise) of this automatic renewal. Spend a couple of hours on hold with credit card company to find what the heck the charge is for. You can do better. Should be automated.... Got a notice in 2018, 2019.... Nothing for 2020.

The only way to get it removed from my credit card was to call customer service. it was a big hassle. Beware!!

This product is not very good!

Not worth the money. Best Buy should be ashamed of themselves for selling this as a quality virus protection product.
