I have had Mcafee, Norton and many others. Webroot has the lowest performance foot print and works on schedule and very quickly every day for me. When I am installing software, or I hit a questionable web site, Webroot tells me and makes it easy to continue or stop. Geek Squad has a great relationship with them as well. Renewals are priced right, and easy to accomplish. I have 6 PC/Laptops all running Webroot, and could not be happier.

This has been my favorite Internet Security software for the last 5 years. I have tried others like Mcafee, Norton and other highly rated ones but most of them tend to take over your system and some make your PC slower. This program has a really small signature on your system yet provides good overall protection for viruses and other junk that is out there and it does it all without it getting in your way and does not slow your system at all.

I originally bought this for an older computer that was bogged down by my antivirus. The difference in speed was night and day. It runs in the cloud, not your hard drive so it doesn't use memory and is always up to date. The extra tools (file erase, computer maintenance, brower security, secure browser, phone app, and free LastPass account are excellent). It doesn't argue with my other programs and needs no attention from me at all. I did have to call customer support once ( I don't remember why) and they were great.

This is a great computer protection software. I've used most of the well known antiviruses and malware protection apps such as Norton which takes a huge amount of available space on your drive. Price through Best Buy is much cheaper than stand alone. I saved at least $20 for a multiple computer annual package deal.

I have been using Webroot internet security for the past 5 years, and have been hacked, no malware, or bugs/viruses have ever been been found on my hard drive. I have tried other internet security providers and this is by far the best i have used.

Webroot is great, always checking for viruses and helping to keep your memory usage under control. Every time I turn on my computer, within minutes I get a report of safety of my computer. Automatic renewal is seamless and you have no downtime as it goes through the renewal process.

We have been using Webroot for years. This product does it’s job protecting our devices. We recently needed to upgrade our subscription in order to add additional devices. The process was very easy and we were refunded for the few months we had left on our old subscription. I highly recommend this product.

As far as protection, I feel like it has done a great job. Having to make sure it’s renewed on multiple devices is a bit nerve racking. I did find out that on my newer computers the automatic software protection plan is already installed and free. So I don’t think I even need this extra protection. So definitely check if one comes on your computer before purchasing.

Webroot Internet Security Yearly Subscription is a great security plan. I have been using Webroot for the security protect on all my devices for a long time,. It's a brand I trust with my because my life is on my laptop,desktop, and cell phone

Their prices for photo equipment were not as good as other online retailers. I definitely avoid them for photo gears now especially with the restocking fees.. I still make a lot of purchases for other stuffs there as their sale prices were pretty good and better than other places. Their customer service was decent probably because I am an Elite Plus member. I think I had an unresolved issue during the year end holiday that never got a replied from them. I don't remember what it is now, but it is definitely a concern and turn off.

I really love Webroot and have never had an issue with it. It is great protection service on the computer and it does background scans. I have it on automatic renewals and it is easy. An email is sent before as a reminder and it also tells you what payment method will be charged in case you need to make adjustments. No interruptions with service occurs.

I've been using Webroot for a few years now. This yearly subscription can be used on up to 3 devices. It has a web console to centrally administer the devices and is simple to use. It is very light weight so you dont see any performance impact on the computers it's installed on.

Love the program. I hadn't used my computer in years, but as soon as I turned it on, it ran a full scan of my computer. I like that it scans my computer weekly and repairs / remove any threats. Its ver comprehensive and quick.

I have had Webroot Internet Security on my PC for about a year and I am so grateful to have had it. I know right away if a site I am trying to access is unsafe. I use my desktop PC every day and there is so much on the web that you have to be careful with and with Webroot Internet Security it gives me the alerts I need when surfing the web. I have recommended Webroot to family and friends who have inadvertently clicked on unsafe sites and have had their PC's hacked or infected by viruses.

I love knowing that I have extra protection of my information. We root is going to alert you if you have a nightmare! Lol. No, just kidding, but seriously, if you need to be able to sleep well at night and not worry about being hacked…GET IT! You buy everything else.

We have been using Webroot for several years. I purchased it for a laptop, then added it to a PC. Since we've had no security issues I assume it's doing a pretty good job. It's possible to be hacked and not know but all my files seem to be intact and my computers are both stable and run fine, so I'm pretty satisfied. It does slow down operation at times when it's checking downloaded files, etc. but most of the time I don't notice it in the background.

Takes a bit to realize the answers are there. Must be careful to read the boxes when buying to know for sure that it is what you want.....easy.....just look at the picture top right hand corner of the box but then be sure to read the features!!!

I’ve been purchasing one every year for around 10 years I believe ( it’s real close but maybe not exact). I purchased the first one after my computer was so badly infected with viruses that it corrupted the whole thing and I had to get a new pc. I have had no issues with viruses since that first day I installed it!! It catches them all! Even the renewal is ultra easy! I don’t even have to remember the date (with the automatic renewal feature) or go to the store !

Great computer software protection at a good price. What I love about Webroot is that it hides in the background, doing its job well and doesn't seem to slow things down like I've found with other AV programs. I check the reports monthly, but that's effortless as well.

You need to be careful using Webroot. You can buy an account from Best Buy, and you can also accidentally buy an account direct from Webroot...the two do not communicate and you will not know they are different. I found out I had two accounts and 8 computers covered...I cancelled one...so you have to be careful when checking on your account...make sure you call the right person.
