    This web protection product is good. It helped me when I needed it the most with a virus. They have good customer service as well.

    I have been using webroot ever since I bought my first laptop in 2015. Never fails to detect suspicious files and clears them easily.

    For me, it’s hard to evaluate a product like this, as I can’t really tell how much it shielded my pc, when compared to other similar products. I will say (and this is the basis for the three stars) that Best Buy doesn’t make it simple to cancel. You have to call. And default billing is automatic. I’m sure Webroot is ‘servicing’ a litany of machines owners have long replaced and stopped using. I find that annoying.
