I know nothing about internet security so knowing Best Buy recommends it gives me peace of mind. I take my computer in regularly to BB and have never had any issues with security, my computer always checks out fine. I had Norton Antivirus and had had some issues with it. Now I renew my subscription with Webroot every year.
