I have relied on Webroot Internet Security to keep my business and personal digital assets safe for the past 5-6 yrs. It doesn't affect my computer performance and doesn't interfere with my MS security which is automatically loaded. I will continue to use it for the foreseeable future.

Don't know , maybe 3-4years now. Webroot has worked flawlessly and caught some questionable attempts, all of which I have checked and they were right to block. Why 4-Stars? Not the program, just the cost of the BestBuy Service bundle. Yes, BestBuy had always been then when I need them. And, my local store has been More than outstanding in seeing us fast and gotten things done faster. We do not use the service feature that often. For that, IMHO, seems to me a lot for the bundle. Have been pricing Webroot, alone. Good reviews. Got to trust someone, sometime, somehow. Webroot seems, to me, to be a reliable, trustworthy, program. Despite this - I would recommend Webroot and the BestBuy Service annual service agreement. You never know when 'the Big One' may hit. I trust my store to save me, hope yours will do the same.

Have had this securtiy subscription since purchase of my all in one. Have had a couple of weird things come through saying I had a virus do this or that, multiple unwanted attempts from undesirable websites, and webroot rooted them right on out. I have never had a problem and if I can't figure it out, geek squad steps right in to help me do what needs to be done and answers all questions in a friendly and (this is important to us older computer useres) explanatory and patient fashion. have not been disappointed in this security protection at all. Love it.

Have WEBROOT for my computer and just love knowing that I am safe. They run a scan everyday and let me know any issues but also let me know I am safe. With today it is a great feeling to know they are watching out for any hackers or malware. Would not have a device without them.

I have had Webroot since 2013 and have been very satisfied with it. The tech support reps are always helpful on the phone. It is amazing how much they can do over the phone to make your computer work flawlessly. Just be aware that it will take some time. I was on the phone with the rep for over an hour, but he was very courteous and very patient. It is better than taking the computer to a Best Buy store to have it debugged or cleaned, which usually takes a few days. I am going to purchase a 11-inch lap top for travel purposes. I will definitely use Webroot to protect it too.

Please see my previous review on in-home service. Excellent! My review of the gentleman that helped me in-store at your Maple Grove office was very, very disappointing. I will NEVER go back to that store for Web Root service. He had no time for my problem, which could have been a very simple fix in-store. He immediately wrote up a ticket for in-home service, which cost me a fee that was unexpected and unnecessary! I have always, always, had the greatest in-home service from all your personnel. In-Store service not so great!

I was looking to upgrade my smartphone, and had no idea exactly what I needed/wanted. Eric, at store #122, pointed me in a great direction and took his time in doing so. He was so very patient and helpful and was able to obtain the most amount of overall savings possible. I wasn't sure I wanted the new I-phone, and Eric weighed the pros and cons of an older model versus the new one. He was not,in any way, your typical sales associate, and he never once pressured me to purchase anything. He was simply there to help. I love my new I-phone, and I'm extremely grateful to Eric for his guidance and professionalism.

We purchased the LG OLED 65CX television from the Best Buy in Trumbull. The shopping experience couldn’t have been better. Kevin, our salesman, made the shopping experience easy and enjoyable. He arranged for delivery when it was convenient for us, and removal of our old one when it was convenient for us. The set-up team from the Geek Squad set it up quickly and explained everything to us. The whole process was a pleasure. The television is everything we hoped it would be too.

Been using Webroot for many years now and have never had a problem with my computer. I also have Webroot installed on mine and my wifes phones and they never have any problems either. I highly recommend Webroot to keep your electronics safe.

This battery back-up is a suitable replacement for my previous one, which died when I removed it from its location, while the room was being renovated. The instructions for installation were not simple enough. ON the first page, it should have given the procedures for activating the battery. Second, going to the internet location for the power saving display, unit sensitivity. When I did what was asked and turned the unit back on, it reverted to the original low level setting, even after two attempts. As long as it gives me adequate time to turn everything off when a power outage occurs, I am satisfied.

I have been using webroot antivirus protection for several years and have not experience any failures in security protection for my computers. I have had crashes in the past before using webroot protection. Webroot also rates any website as safe or warns you that the site is unsafe. I have the yearly subscription which is discounted and allows you to use the anti-virus protection on three different devices. I am really happy with the results I have received from the protection of webroot.

We changed to Webroot when we got our new computers. We used to use AVG, but Webroot has outperformed AVG by a mile. Set it up and forget it. It does its job and leaves you alone. It will give your information if you want monthly reports and it has a section for advanced users who may want to tweak things for things they do. For email, FB, Word 365, Windows 10, etc. it's been a blessing for those of us who are tech wizards...but it performs like one! Webroot brings us peace of mind and that's worth a lot!

I just love this security program. Easy to use and support is the best I've used. Will Never ever go back to Norton or McAfee ever. Their support people are not helpful and put alot of blame on user error instead of helping the user figure out what the issue is so as not have the same problem and bother them. This always seemed to be an issue with both companies. I was putting them out to help. Webroot does not. They stay with you until you are satisfied you can do the right thing and tell you if the same issue is happening again call back please.

Frankly when I first purchased the webroot internet security yearly sub. I was skeptical but it turned out to be an excellent choice, it meets all my speciation, compare to others i would not trade it for any other. I am completely satisfied and the ease of it automatically been renewed each year is just awesome.

The best internet security protection. I've had no problems and I mean absolutely no problems with any of my accounts online being hacked, etc. The protection is great. I love how when it scans for problems on my computer there is no interference while still using my computer.

This is some great security for your computer. It will help keep out viruses from your computer. It's a great analyzer for your various computers. The Geek Squad installs this Web Root software on your computer and you are definitely protected. It's a bargain that is worth easily 3 times the amount that you pay for it. You will sleep much better knowing you are well protected from the various computer bugs and your computer will function much more efficiently. Highly recommended !

This is the 2nd year I have had Webroot. I think it works because so far no problems and it shows in my taskbar that it is there and now and then will pop up on my screen that a scan has been done. I have had a Geek Squad agent look at my subscription and they told me all is working fine and doing the job it is to do. Prior to having this I had System Mechanic but nobody could tell me if it was doing anything for the money I was spending. I did have some threats to my system during that time.

Purchased Best Buy Geek Squad Plan and this security software comes with the plan. I thought I would never trust a security software again after I had problems in the past with other security software programs. But, since I had it downloaded into my laptop, this great security program works itself, scanning immediately without me having to click on any buttons to activate. I have had this software for over a year now and I plan to keep it as part of my laptop. What a nice addition along with the Best Buy "Geek Squad" on my side.

I have used this service a number of times and I will not be without it for the future. They are there when I call for help on my computer or printer. I always feel like they really are there to help me and they take their time to explain what they are doing when I call on the phone and they take control of the computer. When I have had to take my computer into the store they have been fantastic and always explain what they are going to do and what the cost will be, if there is one.

I've had Webroot for a number of years and really like it. I first bought it with a computer from Best Buy several years ago and have since cover additional devices and renewed annually. Easy to use, easy to manage, easy to transfer to new devices. When it comes to digital security, free is great...until it's not. To me, this is a case of you get what you pay for, so I don't mind paying more than nothing. Webroot is an excellent choice.
