Total Tech Membership is well worth the money for me. My computer is never down more than a few hours. They take care of any problem quickly and efficiently. That takes the stress out of worrying about your computer issues when you are a solopreneur and don’t have an IT department. I have had them for many years and I would highly recommend them.

Since fully subscribing to Total Tech and installing WEBROOTI have been full, satisfied. It could use some strength in hack prevention but it's keeping programs up and running and the absolute best for virus protection! Don't have any experience on ransom ware however since I am an individual and not in the corporate arena.

I have been a member of the geek squad for about 20 yrs or more . I like the fact that I can stay in my house rather than drive to the store, and have a tech take over my computer and fix whatever issue I am having. I renew it every year, as included with Webroot Internet Security subscription you also get to use the GeekSquad whenever you need it. They even tune up your computer, clean it, etc.

Okay, I'm an older woman don't use computer often but it's nice to know when I do screw it up because I clicked, checked or oops! wrong button.... There's always someone there to help me and correct my 'oops!' For the last 15 years I've always purchased electronics for myself, my daughter and my two grandsons from Best Buy and always happy with purchases and their 'Geek Squad' :)

I have had Webroot for years. It is the only Internet Security product I have used that does not interfere with the operation of my computer. It never has interrupted my work during the middle of a task. I have told many friends about Webroot and they are all happy with it too.

Geek Squad 24/7 Webroot is heaven sent. I invest a small amount every year to protect my computer and to help me with tune-ups every six months and different things that may happen that I need help with, I know I can call and explain the problem, and it's solved. I have had Webroot from Las Vegas, Ohio, Michigan and back to Las Vegas. I will never feel comfortable without Webroot.

I've used Webroot for many years and have never been disappointed in their products. I've also used many different antivirus protection programs and have several to work well, but I would have to say Webroot works the best in several categories. One main reason I like this program is how quite it runs in the background. It never bogs my computer down by using up processing speed and quietly detects and removes viruses and spyware without an issue.

Excelkent. My computer does not slow down or stop while booting up my computer. I have had no problem getting on websites and the doors in the internet did not slow down. Best Buy recommended this security system and I am very pleased with it. I have it on three devices and feel protected. It always displays a check box in the upper corner so you know It is working. Renewing the contract was easy too and it automatically renewed on my devices.

We have purchased the Webroot early subscription. Because we have multiple devices we decided the cost would out weigh issues that may arise in the future. We would be able to have in home service for just $49.99. Due to covid we felt this was a good idea and we will not need to make a trip into the store. The agent who came to our home followed protective protocol during our recent service.

Been using and renewing for several years on many devices. Haven't had any problems, but to be honest I don't really do anything that would get my devices into trouble anyway. The scans are super easy—they run automatically every so often, but I can always manually start one if I feel the need to. It's also nice to see the Webroot Threat Shield green checkmark next to safe/trustworthy links in my search results.

Yes, good protection and service overall. I know little about computers and printers, appliances but manage to keep mine alive with stuff like this and best buy. I wish they could make appts a bit speedier though. The agents they send are always 100% sharp and knowledgable. I like in a hard to reach place in the city. Apple products are hard to find a tech for.

Had to replace my 20 year old GE microwave and I chose a Samsung to match my Samsung range. Was a little concerned by the online reviews but purchased the Samsung anyway. I could not be more pleased so far. The only criticism I have is that the touchpad is not very sensitive in other words you have to press the numbers/words harder than I did with the old microwave but that isn't a major problem to me. I'm sure with time I will automatically press harder without a second thought. I am very pleased with this microwave .

I depend on Webroot to provide protection on my computer and laptop. It, in my opinion, offers the maximum protection to me. I’m a grandmother, with a little age, so I have tried several different protection programs over the years. Webroot is the best!

I will be telling everybody about this protection of Webroot, I enjoy knowing my system is protected by Webroot when it come up on my scream to show me everything is working & protected I am so glad for this service.

I would recommend this to anyone using any device looking to access the internet safely, except for Apple users. Hot take yes it works with apple but it doesn't really provide any more security than is built in to all apple devices. However, for internet security as in like safe browser to surf in then that would be good for apple also. Hope this helps.

With the world, as it is, it's comforting to know my information is secure and safe from many of the fraudsters trying to access any information. For the price, it's well worth the investment!

I have been in multiple academic programs throughout the country. Having the Webroot program has kept my computers and documents safe and secure. The annual reminders and periodic sanitizing provides me with a peace I never really knew I was missing. Making this a part of the Geek Squad Service plan just makes it even a sweeter deal. Webroot has had my back every since I first subscribed. This Internet Security software has prevented a few nasty attacks from the internet! It's well worth it to have good protection. You never know when you might get infected on the internet. In fact, you might have adware or worse right now and not even know it, if you don't have the proper protection! Webroot is good.

Best Buy sent me a request to review two Items, except the image to define what to review only has the note “image coming soon”. Not knowing which item to review, I will review my entire purchase. The Samsung Galaxy J7 Refine replaces my dying old J3. It has a better battery, screen and much better camera. As a relatively low cost smart phone, it is excellent. I bought with it Incipio’s phone cover and screen protector. These fit well and appear to be up to the task of protecting this phone.

Just renewed our webroot subscription. It protects great. We have used it now for about seven years. it works on a persons home system on many devices. They offer additional protection and back up as well.
