A piece of mind your computer is protected from viruses, and crashes. A small price to pay per year that runs always in the background. A good buy for surcurity. I've been using this app for years now and I find it to very useful.

Product works well and protects computers as promised, however there is a glitch somewhere in the software as it almost immediately is asking you to upgrade or sign on for more time as if it is expired even when you've only had it less than a year. Recommend one gets a thorough explanation and confirmation as to the limitations and timeframe for renewal or replacement form the Geek Squad when they apply this to your computer.

I am very happy with this security. It is seamless and makes me aware of all issues including a system crash. I thought I lost everything when my new Surface system crashed for no reason but everything came back and the webroot software recognized and reported the crash. It updates seamlessly, I don't have issues with viruses and it doesn't interfere with my work.

We recently purchased an Iphone 12 and 12 SE. Our experience was as painless as getting new phones can be. Our customer service lady, Jess, was great. She loaded up our new phones with current information, assisted us in getting new screens, cases, chargers, etc. She even updated our Verizon plan for us, since we are far from tech-guru's.

I love Webroot because it is a light antivirus that doesn't take up too much room and pairs well with Google Chrome. It runs in the background so you don't have to worry about doing manual scans. I was doing a Google search that led me to an unfamiliar website and Webroot immediately closed the tab, ran a scan, detected the threat, and removed it. I have no complaints whatsoever with this awesome antivirus!

I am pleased with Webroot security for all my devices. I have control on how I set it up and I can run a quick scan anytime I want to. Webroot cautions me when exploring some new connections and I think that has kept me safer from hacks and spoofing. I have had Webroot for several years now. Nothing is 100% perfect these days but I feel secure with Webroot.

Gives me total peace of mind and very easy to renew. Great security advising me on the computer when a scan will happen so I have the choice to reschedule the scan or stop my working on my PC. Also let's me know results of of every scan. This product is great for me and Geek Squad techs also use this for their personal requirements which is a great recommendation.

This security subscription is included in my Total Tech Support and saved me $$ by replacing the security program I was previously using. When I had a problem appear on the routine scan report, their online technician identified and resolved the problem so that I did not have to take my computer to the store to repair. Great customer service

So happy that I purchased this service at the time of purchasing my laptop a few years ago. The cost is reasonable and applied to three devices. The price is locked in so it never goes up each year that I renew! I can call as many times as needed at no additional charge and get the help I need. It is just nice to know that if I can't figure out my computer issues alone that there is someone I can turn to!!

Webroot is the one I have used for many years now (a yearly subscription) and I am confident when I am on my computer that if a virus is lurking this software will find it. I have used the two other leading brands of security software but this is the best one for my devices !!

I've had Webroot for many years and it's fantastic at keeping my computer safe from malware, etc. It lets me know if there is any issue (Ie: Low memory, etc). It's peace of mind knowing this is running on my computer.

I been using WebRoot far a long time now and I really like it. One it easy to use it also safe to use as well. I have used this on my lap tops for years and now I have it on my desk top. I like how it show you what it doing and how fast it checking and scanning my computer. I like the fact it updates it self when needed.

I received webroot once again with my yearly renewal of tech support membership. I've had it f for the last 3 years on all computers/laptops in my home. It's great and you hardly notice webroot is running in the background. No problems at all. Webroot keeps us protected from viruses and the firewall works great as well....

Thankfully, Webroot has kept me safe and I constantly monitor my computer with a scan once in awhile, realizing that Webroot does automatic scans. Thank you.

This software is part of our security solution. It does catch somethings that are other software doesn't. We have it on all of our computers.

Something terrible has happened to Best Buy. Their customer service used to be among the best. I have recently had the worst customer experience of my entire life. Their customer service was not consistent whatsoever over two months.

I've had Webroot installed on my computer for nearly four years, and to date, I have never had one issue or contracted one virus on my computer. The service will routinely check your computer (without you having to tell it to do so) for viruses as well, so if you're someone who wants that peace of mind, you will get it. Can't go wrong.

Webroot takes care of my computer and its files with great security, alerts to when my computer needs fine-tuned, alerts as to when a possible virus may be upon me, and gives me easy to understand notices of what has been done to my computer to ensure it is secure and up to date.
