Awesome hot tub, 6 people is a stretch unless you are really close and don’t mind being really close to those 5 other people. Will have to buy pool chems that aren’t included to keep water clean. Still haven’t been able to figure out how to connect my iPhone to the app. Other than that great product.

this thing is amazing!!! everyone that comes to my house is very impressed with it. the leds are bright at night, it gets very hot, no issues at all

This is my second Intex Hot Tub. The first one lasted almost two years and did great (it was also heavily abused by our kids) so I'm surprised we got two years out of it. This one appears to have a defective circuit board out of the box so I'm working with Intex to try and get it resolved. If they can't resolve it in a timely manner, I'll probably return it in store since it's still in the 30 day return period. Overall great looking tub. I'm excited to get it working and I'm confident Intex will make good on getting the replacement part shipped out.

The day that we received it we aired it up and enjoyed it, by day 2 we realized it had a small leak. I sent Intex and email explaining the situation and they didnt have any replacements so i couldnt file a claim. I got it as a deal from bestbuy so i didnt want to return it back to bestbuy. After only four months and rarely being used the bubbles are no longer working so I cant air it up and now have a bigger issue. The spas nice if i didnt it worked like it was supposed to..

A few little glitches with computer panel but we are loving having a hot tub that did not cost an arm and a leg. :)

Had no idea what to expect with this purchase. Bought it when it was on daily sale. Pros - esay-ish set up, lots of bubbles, feels nice. Cons - This is not a 6 "man" hot tub. maybe 6 people of less than average size. I'm 6'5". It's tall enough so that I can submerge most of my body. but my legs when extended do go all the way across and touch the wall on the other side of the tub.

Great item. My screen has a little defect, one of the numbers is not shown in it completely. Other than that this is amazing.

Not durable. Patched all holes i could find after 1 reinflate. Still losing air. Customer support never responds

Best purchase ever! Makes this summer staycation a little paradise without leaving home.
