We had researched which hot tubs are the best one to purchase. This hot tub is one of the ones that we found to be one of the best. It was Intex or Coleman that are the best ones. Set up was easy and quick. We sat ours up on our pool deck. We put a tarp down first then the included mat to protect the bottom of the hot tub. We have had it for a little over 3 weeks now and totally enjoy it!! The included LED light is pretty cool and lights up the hot tub! We test the water every other day to keep in the water where it should be. It does take a few hours to heat the water up but once it is heated to your desired temp it has stayed there. Note: you do loose some heat when you run the air bubbles due to it pulling in the outside air. But when it is warm/hot outside you do not loose the heat. I would recommend getting the foam filters to replace the paper filters that are included with the hot tub. It doesn't take long for those paper filters to get dirty. Also, there are two filters, only one really works. That is the one that is closest to the pump and inlet. The one that is farther away is more for looks, I really feel that it doesn't work as the other one. It’s been two years and this has held up great! The kids got a hole in it and we used the stuff to seal it and it’s held up perfect! We use chlorine and occasionally other stuff to balance levels but it’s a super easy up keep!

A great buy for the price!!! We had our older portable hot tub get a hole from age and we wanted a bigger hot tub from what we had. This hot tub is huge!! My wife and I can sit in the hot tub and have more than enough room to spread out and relax. This hot tub is 85" wide, which makes a huge difference for anyone that wants to have enough room to spread their legs out and have enough seating area. The hot tub has a ton of room, also throws a huge amount of bubbles with the 170 that are in the bottom. Everything is provided to make this the best setup you can have, from the solar pad that goes under the hot tub for protection and heating, to the heavy duty cover for the top of the hot tub to hold heat in and protect the tub. It is really well made, with a much thicker and durable material that will prevent holes and damage. The only thing I can mark the hot tub down on is the main screen to the filter/heater is very tough to see most of the time that you need to cover it with your hands to be able to see the screen. One other item is the heating does definitely take a long time to heat up the hot tub. You need to plan out the amount of time needed to get the hot tub to the temperature you want. It can take a full 24 hours to get the hot tub to the temperature you need. But I am still beyond happy with the hot tub at the price we were able to get it at, which was the lowest we found anywhere!!

I put this up and used it 3 times. It came with a small hole that i have patched up myself. Air was leaking from the the intake. I fill the air up daily, it only takes 20 seconds but still. I got a E90 error the first week. This means there is a problem with the water flow. Ive watched countless videos and have done everything to fix it. Nothing works. I contacted the company and they havent responded. I paid $700 for a water holder that doesnt heat because of the error code. I wish i could return it.

Love this thing, great for a quick dip in summer or an ok hot tub in spring to fall

Just as hot as the permanent ones. Bubbles do the job. It does lose heat when the cover is off but we're usually ready to hop out before it's below 100.

So far it’s great. Worth the money instead of paying thousands for the other ones. Keep the filters clean or it won’t work right.

Buyer Beware - don't waste your time or money on this product. On top of that, the company is not honorable with their warranty policy. The tub was inoperable after 2 months of use, with error codes popping up repeatedly. Tried all the troubleshooting recommended by their support folks but nothin worked. When it was time for replacement parts, they said "sorry your warranty claim period has run out". My advice is if & when you get an error code, demand new parts. Don't waste your time trying with the troubleshooting, the only thing that will accomplish is having your warranty expire. Request new parts even if you don't need them now because you eventually will!

Its a nice hot tub perfect size! Only thing bad is it keeps beeping E90 everyday! Very annoying
