Your team does an ok job on just updating my computer and tuning it up. Recently I had my computer crash and nearly lost everything, at least I thought so. Your guys were able to recover some of my info that was still saved in my computer but was not able to recover all of it. I had to pay an IT guy to come to my house and recover the rest of my info. and finish cleaning up what the Geek Squad did not do. I suppose I will continue using the Geek squad on occasion because they are less expensive than this IT guy is but for more serious problems I will be using the IT guy from now on.

I would rather give a review after a year is up. I want to see how irritating QB is going to be if I decide not to do a yearly subscription. But as for shopping at Best Buy ....it was a great deal and went smooth

I have used Quickbooks for our rental properties since 2007. This version has a new feature where you can take a snapshot of your receipts and they load into the program. Saves me a ton of time.

The help I received with putting my new product on the computer was super!! I am terrible with remembering names -- I just threw away the paper work that had her name on it. I just remember that she was a new employee

It is taking me a little while to understand how to use it but it is coming along. Had to get help from a friend who uses it to explain some stuff to me.

This is great easy to use. I like that when you put information down for example in the chequebook format that That it awesome can transform it into the ledger format and vice versa.

Not compatible with any other QuickBooks product. Needed to upload a data downloaded and was unable to do so. QuickBooks help desk would only suggest that I purchase a different QuickBooks product that cost over $2,000 per year. Not something I could afford!

The program is great. I had a program from 2011 and could not get a replacement for it.

Quick Books has a lot of features that I don’t need but it works very well for what I do

We had to call intuit to get a serial number that worked. They told us that none of the brick and mortar purchased will work. It boggled two people 3 days.
