It seems that Purchase of this through the WEB or Store requires the merchant to notify Quick books of the sale. Failure to do so required several hours of time over several days to get the program activated as the help at Quick books is abysmal. Finally figured out that it needed to be escalated and a copy of the receipt sent to Quick Books to verify so the needed code could e obtained. Additional last purchase was for 3 years now only good for 1 year.

Was in a hurry to use it for
CPA up0dates and inputs and was locked out.
Geek squad would not help without sitting up an appointment. It had something to do with settings. Worked the first time then locked out....

Purchased this and it is useless. I cannot access it without an authorization code and everyone i talk to does not seem to know what that is. I will never buy anything from Best Buy again!
