Hard to set up from scratch Quicken has its default categories that are hard to change Restoring backup is confusing.. Once you to everything the way u want it works great. Best personal accounting system out.

It's good for keeping track of your money and spending.

Great software. Really helps with balancing budget.

I don't usually upgrade every year, but I purchased a new computer (Win 10 PC) and decided to upgrade from Quicken 2015 to 2016. Not yet sure if it's Quicken or Win 10, but it just isn't working as well as Quicken 15 on my old PC (with Win 7).

I was a little leery since 14 did not work well in Windows 8 environment. None of the slow posting and mouse issues with 14 in Windows 8. 16 in Windows 10 works like it used to.

When I found that Intuit quit building Quicken, I tried three other online software packages to replace it. None came close. Then I read that Quicken has been picked up by a newly formed company with good background. I upgraded to 2016 and highly recommend it for beginners to bookkeepers for home use. QuickBooks is overkill.

I have used quicken before. (an older version) I have just started using this updated version and I have had no difficulties in connecting to my financial institution.

We've used Quicken for years. Purchased this version to replace our 2014 version. This version is much smoother, especially with the mobile companion app for android.

I have used Quicken for over 15 years. It has been very helpful in balancing my checkbook, keeping up with interest in savings accounts and CDs, and tracking my expenses. I have used the reporting tool to determine how much I spend on certain categories so I can make more accurate budget forecasts. All in all I think it is a very intuitive, flexible and useful financial tool for a homeowner.

Keep track of all your expenses in as much detail as you desire. Great for budgeting and controlling spending or just keeping track. Really helps at tax time.

I wish they tested the product before they released it. So many things do not work or must be circumvented. It is a pain to use it, but I am stuck with it for 20 plus years. It used to be an excellent product.

I used this to upgrade from an older version of Money. This seems much easier to use. The conversion process was lacking, but now that I am there I am glad.

I have used Quicken for 20 years and it suits my needs perfectly. I enter all my personal finances and purchases to keep track of my budget and see how I stand financially. It was very easy to transfer the files from my earlier Quicken to the new 2016 Quicken and I'm happy to have the current program to avoid any compatibility problems with updated computer.

I updated from prior versions. Still works the same. It is great for personal banking but you would need a different version to run a business.

With my new computer, I decided to upgrade my Quicken. There is a couple new features and it works great with Windows 10. Glad I got it.

Great tool managing my checking accounts and credit cards. Good tool for check writing and account balancing and maintenance.

Customer hmi needs improved. Call in help was trying to charge me hundreds of dollars to port older data from earlier versions

Quicken 2016 is no improvement over 2015 or 2014. It's buggy and freezes up or crashes occasionally. I'm using Windows 10 so it's not like I'm using an out-dated system.

No problems transferring data from Quicken 2013 to Quicken 2016. Have not discovered all of the update/changes yet.
