Wasn't what I was looking for. I'm an old fan of Microsoft Money but it will function in what I need it to do.

I had been working with Quicken for years and needed a new version to go with my new computer. I had no trouble importing my data from a previous version into the 2016 version.

As with anything new, there is a time curve to relearn it. BUT I like the feature of having your account downloaded to it. It saves time entering it all!

I was worried that my data would not transfer to the new version, but it happened automatically without my intervention. Hooray!

I found the software was easy to download and easy to use. I used an undated version and I could continue with my files.

I bought three sets of coaxial cable to add satellite tv to my local cable system. Best Buy had the perfect selection and cable lengths for my needs.

It's a little quirkier than earlier versions of Quicken but provides basic household financial record keeping.

The product is ok, but support is provided by people who speak poor English and hard to understand

I have used Quicken for a lot of years. Had to buy a new version because I couldn't find my old CD and I had bought a new computer. I had to update the program as soon as I loaded it and also had to call support. I am not tech savvy! I am glad the new version still works like the old one.

I had used Quicken Deluxe in the past. When I bought a new computer, I needed to upgrade. The Best Buy Sales rep didn't realize that I couldn't access my old data with the Quicken Basic. Once I got Quicken Deluxe, I could. I am very happy with it! The ability to get information straight from the bank and credit card companies is wonderful!

Great for keeping check register. Makes recording expenes and reconciling check book.

I have been using Quicken for many years to track my finances. I highly recommend this software.

If you can do it by hand, you can do it easier in Quicken.

After learning curve was mastered, I find it is alright.

as I was a previous user and used Deluxe I needed to upgrade - salesperson did not ask what version I had previously.. Quicken Deluxe is great.

Previously used Quick Books but switched to Quicken for the price. After getting used to the changes, it's easy to navigate & love to keep our books using Quicken.

I;ve called "help desk: 4 TIMES ALREADY and with wait times involved only stayed online 2 times for support. This indicates the advanced user still needs help desk support.

I was used to using the previous "Money" program to do all of my business finances and switched over to Quicken in 2016. It is easy to learn and use.
