Purchasing this software was a mistake. I have used Turbotax for 8 years, but I have always just done it online. Using this software was like stepping back years in UI and features. Be warned unlike Turbo Tax online this software does not autosave. I was almost done with my submission and l lost hours of work. It was annoying to have to download software on to my computer. Only some of my data from the previous year was imported and I had to do that manually. Do yourself a favor skip the software and use the online tools they are way better.

I used H&R a few years back to see what that was like and I went back to Turbo Tax. TT is superior product. I always find an issue, (I'm a lawyer and always have questions) but the resources built in to the program always have the answer. If you use this every year and save your returns, the program retrieves most of the information from the prior returns and it speeds up the process. I do 5 returns for my family and it takes a few hours to get it all done. I made a mistake buying this version because it did not include a state and I had to pay extra to add NY. But that was my fault.

Turbotax has been my go-to tax preparation software for years. I'm used to the interface but still find it to be a bit clunky. Also, for some reason the software always opens in a small-ish window. I actually made a mistake buying this version. I meant to buy Turbotax Deluxe with one state. To make matters worse no one sells Turbotax state software so I had to spend $40 to buy my state software from Turbotax. Ouch!!

Ordered the wrong version. This version doesn't have any state returns included. Download was smooth. It found my return from last year but doesn't seem to take in all of the information correctly except my name and address. I have been entering information as I receive it but each time I start the software it needs several minutes to get updates. The worst part was when I tried to get started on my state return, Intuit wants $40 more to allow me to start that.

Works great. Used TT for the past 10 years. Super easy to use, works every time, never been auditors. Only annoying thing is all the extra stuff they try to pawn off on you (insurance, state tax filing, some sort of attorney rep in case of audit, etc) before you file your taxes.

Happy with purchase. Had to contact best buy help desk to help locate the download link, due to it not being emailed. The help desk associate was very polite and help guide me through the download process, even waited until the download was complete, to make sure I had no further issues. Extremely satisfied with the product and the technical help...only issue that I had was that the download email was not sent or misdirected.. I checked all email folders, was not in my spam or junk folders.

I decided to buy the digital download version this year and find that it is fantastic. In years past I had trouble with updating the program when I purchased the CD. I will always buy the digital download from now on.

Makes it easy to do your taxes! Low cost! If you have basic knowledge of using the computer this product is for you. Why give free money to tax preparer while you can do it yourself.

Turbotax works as expected. I have been using it for years. I like the option to use the previous year information (if my tax situation hasn't changed) or if it can walk you through all the detail steps. Have links to government documents or experts. Lots of options for ever persons comfort level.

I have used TurboTax every year for more than a decade. It is dependable and easy to use. I don't even think about purchasing it every year, I just automatically place the order in about mid December (always from Best Buy). Have never been let down. Good product for doing a nasty annual job.

Turbo Tax certainly makes completion of tax season easier. Have been using it for a few years now and will definitely obtain a copy for the next year. Just follow the instructions and all of the computations are done for you.

Not happy with Turbo Tax this year. There are 2 versions of "Deluxe". One with the State and one without. I am used to always getting the Deluxe and getting the state for free. Very disappointed to find out that I had to pay another $40 for the state. Tried to return it but couldn't. TurboTax said they would refund my money but never did. Be careful which one you buy.\
