I have been using this software for years and never have any problem about my taxes. Just install software an start answering questions and let the software do the rest. On the other side it is pricey compering it to other software like Tax Act, H&R etc.

We have used TurboTax for at least 10 years now and have NEVER had a problem filing our taxes in a timely and accurate manner. My wife sells real estate on the side and the Small Business version of TurboTax keeps the whole process of filing taxes from becoming complicated.

Turbotax is easy to use whether it's your first time or tenth. This is my third year using it and I am so confident. You can choose the option to be walked through step by step. Once complete your taxes are checked for errors and results are provided instantly. Hassle free.

Turbo Tax is a great product and you don't have to be a pro to use it. It takes you step by step, and also advises as you enter your tax info. It also checks for errors, to avoid an audit. It made doing my taxes almost effortless. Thanks Best Buy! Thanks Turbo Tax!

We have used turbo tax for 10 years and have been very satisfied. The only thing that disappointed us this year was the fact that some of the forms we normally have access to on the deluxe version was not available and in the middle of doing taxes we had to purchase an upgraded version of turbo tax. We were not happy about that and really had no idea why this changed after so many years of using the same version. Other than that we were satisfied.

Turbo tax is good, and it makes it easy to e-file your federal tax return, but.I think after paying $49 for the product it is unfair you should have to pay $32 to e-file your state tax. This is a problem with Turbo tax, and not Best Buy

Love may be a bit strong but I appreciate TurboTax's precision, process and ease of use. Its ability to pull data from previous filings, payroll processing companies and securities mgmt companies saved time and helped to ensure the integrity of the numbers.

We have been using turbo tax for 5+ years. Super easy to use and pulls your data from last years returns , easily connects to work databases to pull w9's, connects to savings/stock accounts as well. Easily helps you sort deductions, you won't miss a thing.

Ok so the name says it all. Turbo Tax. You can get your taxes done fast and simple. If you can follow step by step directions, you can do your own taxes. PERIOD Why pay someone $300-$400+ to do your returns when you can do it yourself? It took me maybe an hour to file a joint return, Fed and State, kids, deductions and a bunch of other things I didn't think about. Fast and easy - creates a nice PDF for your records also. I've used TT for years now. Last year we made the mistake of going to one of those tax services and had to pay $375 for them to tell us we owned money. Thanks, but no thanks. I went back to TT. I received my refund about 10 days after filing. Give it a try. If your not convinced, your only out $50 and you can go pay a firm 5x that for the same thing.

I have used TurboTax for years and it never fails me in finding all of the deductions that I'm entitled to. Both business and personal versions are easy to use and as long as you do your prep work correctly, it will pay for itself in no time!

I have been using Turbo Tax to file my taxes for 20 plus years. I used it for my business and now use it just for personal taxes. Use the State version since I live in California. It is easy. Just gather your information and proceed with their interview. The program asks all the pertinent questions that address your tax situation which it quickly learns from your initial input. Best Buy had the program before any other retailer. This is important to me since I always like to do a quick preview of what to expect and then I tweak it as I receive the official documents in January. I "save" my taxes to an external hard drive (used a thumb drive in past years) so I have both hard copies and the program with my tax files and worksheets on external drives. I have never been audited since I began using Turbo Tax.

I have been using T'urbo Tax since it first came on the market. Each year it gets easier . The feature that carries last year's personal info over to this year is really time saving. I have never had a problem with accuracy.

I've used turbo tax for the past 4 years. I have spent less, not having to pay someone. I was skeptical at first, but my refund has been equal to or larger than when I had someone else doing my taxes.

I have used Turbo Tax to file my taxes for at least the last 10 years. Guides me through each category. I am confident whenever my return is finished that I have gotten every legal deduction. Would be lost without it.

Very easy to use for my fairly simple itemized return. There was one problem: TurboTax suggested putting money in an IRA to reduce amount of tax obligation, which can be done for the 2014 year up to 4/15/2015. While entering the IRA information, TurboTax said that neither my wife nor i qualified for this deduction. However, instead of removing the deductions, the program left them in and was going to allow the return to be filed claiming them without giving a warning during the review process. Had I not removed them myself, I could have filed incorrect returns for both Federal and State. While I will probably use TurboTax again next year, I would hesitate to recommend it to anyone else.

This program is very easy to use and almost impossible to make a mistake. It maintains record of all your entries with proper reference and view of pertaining tax law. Filing also is easy, accurate and a time saving.

Quite frankly, Intuit does it again with an excellent program. It easily walks you through the majority of the process with ease, and it is robust enough to cater to a wealth of different people. Over the years I have found that I have not needed to spend more than 75 minutes in order to finish a tax return, even with a wealth of documentation to input. It covers every major category and deduction one can think of, and it is quite helpful in letting you know if the figures you popped into the program are off or seem strange. Toss in the ability to eFile for both federal and state governments and you pretty much have everything you need at your fingertips for a fair amount of money. All in all, worth every penny for ease of use and setup.

Turbotax is a hassle free way to complete & e-file your taxes. Neat that in successive years using Turbotax again lets you readily transfer all of your details from the previous year.

I love and hate this tax program. It is easy, and very efficient. It is also the most expensive tax program out there. What I don't like are the hidden fees. I feel like I have already paid a premium price for this tax program, so when I'm hit up for an additional fee for an electronic filing of state taxes, I feel really taken advantage of. Other tax programs that cost much less include this. Why not TurboTax? If it weren't for my specific tax issue, I would abandon this tax program and go back to H&R Block's program.
