I have used Turbo Tax for a number of years and have always found it to be very easy to use. The software will point out issues to you to be sure you do not miss taking any deductions you can.

TurboTax remembers what you filed in previous years and automatically imports the information in. This is helpful in case there are deductions that you normally take but might have forgotten.

Such an easy program anyone can use it. I compared my return with Turbo Tax to the H and R Block online service and the results were exactly the same. The best part, Turbo Tax was cheaper.

I would but this product to everyone. Turbo Tax is easy to use and is user friendly. The product walks you through all the steps to complete your taxes in a timely fashion and accurately.

I have been using turbo for 10 years or more to it gets better each year I am very confident that it does the job I have also had my brother use it and he now can use it without my help

Been using for years - easy set up and I did not experience any of the issues that were in the news with TurboTax trying to add additional costs in order to file.

I like the turbo tax. It is easy to use. It gives you information about things you didn't even think about. It gives you a lot of deductions that you can use. I use it every year.

Easy to download/use/file-more expensive than others and the add up packages were unfair (i.e. if you have investments must buy higher priced package)

I always use TurboTax for filing my income tax. I rely on the accuracy, completeness and ease of use of this software; Very useful and I've been very satisfied so far.

We have used TurboTax for many years. I like the fact that I can load it quickly, link it to my last years returns, and then begin the new years returns. Much of the information needed for this years return such as name, address , etc. is pulled forth from the previous years return and makes it easier to fill out the new return. When you have completed your return you can then print it, or email it for processing. Turbo Tax also has reports that can show you comparison YOY and I like the 'Audit' check process that looks for areas of potential concern that could trigger an audit. Very helpful.

The program itself is okay. After using TurboTax for about a dozen years, this edition runs easily as the previous. However, TurboTax screwed up in its removal of forms for rental property and investing that were always covered in the Deluxe version. TurboTax tried to get the purchaser to spend more money for the upgrade. Their screw up has been widely documented in the news...forcing them to supply free upgrades or refund the difference paid.

I've used Turbo Tax for 6 years in a row and have always been impressed by its ease of use and accuracy. I have nothing but good to say about this software.

Went to BestBuy to get this software because they always have it on the shelf when you need it. Installation is pretty simple, just put the CD in your CDRom, pick a directory to install it to, and sit back and wait about 3 minutes. I highly suggest after install, and before you start filling out your info, that you update the software. Last minute rules updates make it easier to file. If you used last years edition, it will autofill all of your info, making filing alot shorter. The questions can be redundant, but serve you well when double checking for an optimim return.

Turbo Tax guides you through every step of the process. It is much less costly than going to a tax preparer and takes about the same amount of time.

For someone who has just moved to the USA I was reminded to start filing taxes by a friend, I had a word with a local expert and he said as my situation was fairly straight forward he pointed me at a software based solution. I purchased TurboTax and found it really easy to use, as long as you track your spending (I use Microsoft Money) I pulled the reports for the information it needed and completed federal and state filing in about an hour. Even with the $25 filing fee the total cost was about $80 which was cheaper than joining the queue to see someone.

I prefer to use TurboTax to file my income tax. I had been using this software for more than 15 years. It's ve easy to use and very accurate.

Good, consistent, reliable product. I've used TurboTax for years and enjoy the auto-population of prior year data as well as the ease in completing the schedules & calculations. I don't like the pricing of the product and getting help is nearly impossible. There's also a lot of unexpected charges & fees (or hidden costs for added state returns, e-filing, etc. that aren't necessarily clear on the packaging.

This was the first time I used Turbo Tax -- I have always done my own taxes. The ease of use is a real bonus and I completed my taxes in a fraction of the time and had my refund in hand by Mid-February. The only reason I did not give the product 5 stars is that there is an added fee to file state taxes. I hate hidden fees. I opted to file my state taxes on my own and not use the software for it.

Turbo Tax was so easy to use. It walks you through each step and makes sure you get the most deductions. And I got a really nice refund!!!
