Turbo Tax is a quality piece of software. It is nice that it comes with 1 state product. However, it shouldn't cost so much to buy. Also, I don't think the user should be charged to submit their state return electronically; this should be free. It's too bad the IRS tax code is so complicated that a person needs to use software like this every year.

This is probably the 10th year for turbo tax, with no problems. The reported problem with not being able to e-file a federal return with capital gains was somewhat concerning. I had expected the program to work the same from year to year. This problem reportedly was fixed but I don't know yet, as I am still waiting on the tax forms from the broker.

One of the easiest software packages out there. E-Filing for Fed return is included, with an additional fee for State E-Filing. Its hard to screw up your return. This takes you through each deduction step-by-step and then has error verification after you've finished your return. I've used TurboTax for the last 7 years and recommend it strongly

I had read reviews on TurboTax Deluxe that stated that this TurboTax was less than perfect, so I was leery of it, but I decided to give it a try as I had always been happy with it in the past. I was pleased to find as I used it that it was the product that I was used to and was very pleased with it. I would definitely recommend this to a friend

I have used and been happy with TurboTax for over 20 years along with Quicken and even QuickBooks for a non-profit. Their recent actions on TurboTax were disturbing but hopefully they have learned and management makes better decisions in the future. Their actions will determine my future decisions on their software.

I purchased the Deluxe version. I still fit my tax needs so I didn't have to upgrade this year. Some forms that were included in last years product were bumped to the higher products. Like previous years product, it was easy to navigate and to complete the tax filing for both federal and state w/the free download.

Turbo Tax continues to be the easiest tax prep software to use. I've been a Turbo Tax user for the past 8 years and I'm never disappointed. It's easy to complete, your taxes are submitted & approved lightening fast and the best part is you can expect your refund to be deposited within 2 weeks. This year, I had mine back in 8 days!

I have used turbo tax for years and it's always been easy to navigate. You have the option of the guided usage or to use it by going to the sections you would like. I just wish the cost was not so high. I downgraded this year from a different version to save money and checked other places to price-match.

I've been using this software for over 10 years. I've tried other products as well as discount preparation services but none compare to TurboTax. It is easy to install and took less than 2 hours to complete both my federal and state returns, including downloading all of my statements (single, no dependents filing the long form).

This software is good but it is expensive. The fact that it includes one free State Tax preparation is also a good thing. However the price for additional State Tax preparation price is too high. I have used Turbotax for 15 years but I am seriously considering using a different company next year.

I love this product. Purchase it every year. if u used it last year it will retain your information. You can look at all questions that have been asked by previous users, they are usually questions that are common and have already been answered. If u can read and follow instructions you can do your own basic simple taxes.

I've been using Turbo Tax since I met an accountant that did other people's tax for a living using Turbo Tax. It is very user friendly, and easy adaptable to get the latest tax law changes. I've filed my income taxes with it for approx 17 years, I think that sums up how I feel about Turbo Tax as a consumer product.

I like Turbo Tax it is easy to use and understand. It lets you know your refund as you go. Things are checked to see if you are at risk or not of an audit. A certain mount of info carries over from the past year so you don't have to do allot of typing. So it is a very good software package for doing your taxes.

I have utilized the TUrboTax program for 3 years and found it to be very capable and easy to use. It brings the info forward from the previous year which is very helpful. It leads it thru each section, allowing you to utilize specific questions or allows to to skip over the detail in areas you know do not apply

This TurboTax product continues to increase it's price every year and now I think it is over-priced, Probably not use TurboTax again.

TurboTax and Me, we got back many years and I'm happy about that. It always installs easily. Updates automatically and is easy to use. I used to wait until the last minute to do my taxes, but not since I've been buying TurboTax. These days, I have my taxes done in February and I'm on to other things. YES!

I have used Turbo Tax for a number of years. It's cheaper than paying a tax preparer to do your taxes. Plus, you automatically import information from last year's taxes. I like the fact that I can electronically file. That way I get my refund directly deposited in my account in the shortest period of time.

I found the 2014 tax year version just as easy to use as previous versions. I have a rather simple tax situation, so can not comment on how well it provides the more complex preparer's return. I have completed my own return and have completed returns for several family members and friends with no problem.

I've used turbo tax every year for 10 tax cycles. I feel I save tons of time transfering my information from year to year and then keeping it simple by modifying only what's changed, and updating the rest. If you are using it for the first time, it walks you through the process by asking basic questions and letting you discover what impact your choices have. The only draw-back a few years back was that I tried submitted my forms electronically and they were returned because I had rental income. So, basically, I paid for an electronic submission that was not applicable to my circumstances without a chance for a credit. I believe Intuit has includes electronic submission with the initial purchase of the product now, so this isn't as much of an issue any more.

This was my 4th year using turbo tax and while the format changes every year (since tax laws change) I have never stumbled or felt confused using this program. I do taxes for my wife and I which only takes about an hour (assuming I don't have to hunt any tax documents down) because of turbo tax.
