I love Turbo Tax. Its easy to use, and helps you find deductions that you might not know about. Its great if you itemize or have charitable donations.

I love turbo tax, it is so easy to use and it breaks everything down for someone who may not know how to do taxes. No more waiting in lines or sitting and staring off into space while your taxes are getting done. Ill admit, doing your own taxes is also a long process, even with turbo tax, but you can save your file and take a break like go eat or watch a movie. The files are saved on your computer and when you return, you can start from where you left off. Turbo tax deluxe is recommed for people who are married, but can also be used for single people too.

Used turbo tax for 10 plus years and I am still in the fold. Will handle normal complicated return and give you feeling that you are doing it right.

I buy this every year from best buy. I started 5 years ago, and never stopped. Easy to use, step by step instructions and saves a lot of money.

I have been a Turbo Tax user for over 15 years and am consistently amazed at the ease of usage and accuracy of the finished return.

I had been paying to have my taxes done by a CPA for years and the fees went up every year. Decided the try the Turbo Tax Deluxe. I took me less time than doing the drop off and pickup time to my CPA. I filed on line on a Saturday afternoon and to my surprise the tax refund was in my checking account the following weekend. Probably not normal but what a nice benefit. I was surprised that my state tax forms were not in the CD packet, however the collected data was transfered into the state tax forms perfectly.

It was easy to use and walked us through our taxes very easily. Highly recommended and a lot cheaper than paying a professional!

I have been using TurboTax for many years now and I've receive my maximum refund each time. It is a easy use and very accurate.

Obviously, everyone's situation is different for tax returns so it would be tough to compare apples to apples for everyone. For those that do not have a really complex situations, TurboTax is a solid tax software. I have been using for at least the past 10 years and never had any issues. I know that last year they had some issues for some people when they moved some features out of Deluxe forcing some to purchase Premiere. For this year, I don't think I had a definite situation that required going above Deluxe but during one area it asked if I wanted to upgrade to Premiere so that it can be better supported. I chose to bypass and continue and seemed like I didn't really need to upgrade. But they seem to try and upsell the higher version.

Years ago (in the & 90's) I was a professional tax preparer in my lifetime accounting career. I moved to corporate accounting/finance in the mid 90's and did not stay up to date with personal income tax law. I have depended on Turbo Tax for years to be certain that I am utilizing the absolutely latest and pertinent tax prep info when preparing my returns, and recommend the program to anyone at any level. Just "follow the bouncing ball" and you will be directed to every form you need.
