I've been using TurboTax since 1988 (and yes, I still have the files to prove it) and over the years it's never failed me. Yesterday we did our taxes in under two hours, most of which was spent entering our charitable contributions. The only thing I would ask them to do is change their policy to allow for one free state filing in addition to the Federal filing. I can't see doing my taxes any other way.

Works great. I would recommend to anyone that does their own taxes. Excellent product.

I have been utilizing Turbo Tax for the last 3 years. I used the Turbo Tax for personal and business the last two years but didn't need the business aspect this year. You still need to have a general understanding of what items are needed for your taxes but I have primarily been doing my own for 25 years so Turbo Tax is quick. I even used the program to file my sons taxes and to assist some friends.

Fantastic product. I use it every year. Very simple to use and I get great refunds.

Have used this software for over five years. A real timesaver in itemizing your return, especially with investments. Once you use the product and understand how the screens guide through the various sources of incomes and deductions and credits, you really appreciate not having to do your own worksheets - and you can see opportunities to prepare for he next year's investment strategies.

For years I did my own taxes by hand reading through the forms as they got more complicated and difficult to follow. If you do an EZ form you should be fine by hand, anything else and it is not worth the headache of banging your head against a wall after reading through countless forms. TurboTax has worked for me the past few years and led to fewer headaches.

Easy to use, and never any problems for me. I have used TurboTax for several years now and its just so much easier to do compared to going to a tax person.

So I like using the Turbo Tax software..... very easy to use. The only gripe I had with the software was when it came to filing my state return. I was understand the impression that you get to file up to 5 free federal returns & 1 free state.. Apparently thats not the case. I was able to file my federal free of charge but when i went to file my state, they were going to charge me $20.... I decided to file my state by mail instead... As much as I was disappointed in that, overall I was pleased with the software and more than likely will buy it again next year

Very straight forward to use. Program ask sensible questions for you to answer. You will need all your information before you start. Program will download last years information from all popular tax programs and in most cases download your W2 forms over the internet. Anyone should be able to use this program successfully and is also much cheaper than using a tax service.
