So easy to use a caveman could do it. Literally, intuit does a fantastic job walking you through each deduction and credit possible for your unique situation. The questions they ask are laid out for practically anyone able to understand and answer with confidence. I personally use this product every year since I've graduated college and had to file taxes.

I decided to use Turbo Tax for the first time, Installation was easy and entering information was easier. You could follow the creation of your tax returns and back up if there was something that was not right or needed to be added. Submitting electronically went as smooth as can be. I had my refund in about 2 weeks. No concerns and I will do it again.

This is the best tax software for the money! Period. The program seemed more polished but I do miss the videos of old. Don't skip the updates on the installation as the latest changes are necessary. If you don't have a working printer (or even if you do) you can print all of the files and worksheets to pdfs. Saves paper and the environment ;)

This is the only software I have used for more than 20 years to do my taxes. It's easy and fast. The Deluxe version gives you the Federal and State forms you need and walks you through every step, including filing. Purchasing TurboTax from Best Buy in January and doing my taxes in February when all my forms are in has become an annual ritual.

The software walks you through all the steps you need. You can either let it guide you through all the steps or you can pick and choose if you know the income and deductions that you need. Best for people that have relatively easy returns to do unless you have a good understanding of taxes or can easily learn. Lot's of help available.

I have been using Turbo Tax for many years and it is great software. I like that it will pull previous returns in to save on re-entering information. It will also compare previous years if you had entered something and missed it for the current return. The checking for errors is also great and have never had a problem with my taxes.

Excellent easy to use especially when you use it every year as I do. It plugs in information from last years including carry over losses which are hard to remember to carry over. I up graded my Toshiba laptop to window 10 which disabled my DVD player. Glad I paid for Geek Squad. Fixed it in one day. Excellent service at Best Buy

Have been using Turbo Tax for about 14 years. My 2015 returns were accepted the first time submitted by both the Fed & State! Easy, almost fun to use. Leads you step by step thru process and checks info entered. Allows comment entries to help remember where data entries came from and to act as reminders for next year.

I've used Turbo Tax for many years and have had no issues so far. It's very complete and lots of helpful information already built in. From simple to complex returns it's very thorough and walks you through every step. If you've never done your own taxes it's worth trying to know for sure whether it's right for you.

I was skeptical at first, but, after trying turbo tax this year, I swear that's what the crooks at H and R Block use. It took about an hour and let me e file my federal return. For only $50, it's way better than the screwing H and R Block gives you. I'm using turbo tax from here on out unless I marry an accountant.

The program is easy to use.It Ask all the questions that an accountant would but promises ONE FREE STATE E FILE, I cannot find how to utilize that part? Upon getting to that part of the program it still CHARGES me to E FILE THE STATE Portion. it does ask if you want to use the free option on the first tax form filed but does not allow you to . Problem is that it cost $54.00 after all is said and done,making that part a complete rip off. Guess though it's still a bargain ?
