I bought this software package for the first time ever after many years of friends using this product and telling me how easy it is to use. I have always used a personal preparer in the past and they use the upgraded version of this same software so I decided that it was time to just buy it and do it myself and I am glad I did. The software is helpful with questions you may have along the way of completing your return. I'll be buying this software package from now on.

Been using TurboTax for many years now and it hasn't failed me yet. I have tried the H&R programs as well and have been satisfied with this program so I stick with it. Importing last year's info is done automatically and it's almost a no-brainer to use. Follow the questions and you'll be done in no time.

The help guide is a great tool that this product has when processing your taxes. It made easy to understand all the different sections. It gives you the best options to apply to all categories. It tells me the risk status before submitted; which make me feel more secure with it. It is a great product.

You pay $20 to have your state filed, but it comes quickly too. This is the only way I do my taxes.

I have been using turbo tax for 7 years now and couldn't be more satisfied. It's easy and quick and saves information from year to year so you don't have to re-type it in, unless of coarse if something changed. I wouldn't use anything else, just wish the price didn't go up almost every year.

Not only was the software easy to install, but a breeze to prepare and file my federal and state returns. You can choose to find and enter in your own deductions or use the step by step walk through guide to maximize your deductions and credits. The software will also update each time you log in if updates are available. I was able to help several family members file, even those who live outside of Pennsylvania. TurboTax will automatically transfer your federal information for your state return. Also, if you have used TurboTax for previous year, it will pull that data for you as well.

This product was nice simple and fast. It also provided new updates and explains features in detail.

I bought the program to be sure I could use last year's return to update this year's return. and it did just that making it easy to fill in this year's results. The only shortcoming of the program is it doesn't include electronic filing of the state return without paying an additional fee.

I began using TurboTax when I retired after 44 years. I have always done my own taxes and after trying TurboTax, I never went back to the paper forms. I like not having to rewrite the same information that does not change over and over. I also like the simplicity of e-file thru TurboTax.

After using this product for the last 5 years, I have no idea why someone pays another group to do their taxes. Turbo Tax is so easy to follow and has a chat feature in case there is something you just don't understand. Definitely worth the money and being able to do my taxes at home.

Product (Turbo Tax) if superior in performance and satisfaction. Easy to use and download. I used Turbo Tax for over 15 years. Last year I paid a tax service for $275 and my figures were almost to the penny on Turbo Tax. I was just checking the actual credits of this product.
