Easy to follow instructions

The format of questions and answers makes it user friendly. You do not need to have any knowledge of tax laws. Also, the help menu answers most of your questions and allows you to takes you directly to the IRA's site for a more In depth explanations, etc. It allows you to choose what return you want to file by mail and electronically. It is a great program.
