Also should not have to pay extra to e- file state return. Had trouble e-filing Federal return because AGI filed by TurboTax was $2.00 less than shown on my printed copy for last year.. Ended up calling IRS to get it resolved. Much too BS in order to complete and file a simple return.

I have been using turbo tax for several years and had several problems, like transferring last years info, and last year it automatically downloaded the wrong state software before I could even select my state. Other than that it has been less expensive than going to a tax professional.

Turbo tax at a good price

I tried the H&R Block version a few years ago, but wasn't satisfied with its' questioning process.

Turbo Tax is starting to nickel and dime.

Over the past several years, I have efiled my federal and state taxes paying only a fee for processing the state return. This year, Turbo Tax not only charged the state fee but also a processing fee. Really!!!? Disappointing.
